Danny is a fantastic Store Manager. Always expedient with customers and is respectful, gracious and generous with contractors. Sean the Assistant manager is great too, works very hard and they nail it on color matches. Definitely my favorite home store I've ever had, been using SW since 2014 for my painting business and I'm very impressed by how Danny runs the store. My rep Oz is also very competent and knowledgeable, and very available to help with questions.

SCAMERS and FRAUD !!!! I tried to buy paint like a contractor. I used promar200 before!!!! But they told me that they don't have it and sold me FLAT ceiling paint !!!! I asked them that I needed SATIN/EGG SHELL many times, but they decided in their own way!!!!! It's disaster ? ? ? I had to pay for paint, which I don't need !!!! Better buy Behr300 in Home Depot !!!! Always fix fair price and better quality than their !!!! Save your nervous and time - don't use Sherwin-Williams !!!!

Showed up at 5:40 and the clerk at the desk was less than excited to see me. She was far more concerned to be outta there at 6 than to sell me some paint (was looking to buy 3x 5 gallon buckets). Told me to come back in the morning and talk to the guy working tomorrow morning.

Don't trust them if they tell you they're holding anything for you because you'll drive all the way there and they will straight up not give it to you even though it's sitting right behind the counter.

I love the Sherwin-Williams ColorSnap app for finding colors and seeing them in my rooms, and the Evanston makes it easy for me to explore even more options and get good advice on my projects.

I went to purchase a wallpaper scraper and a 25 foot extension pole. The sales woman said that they don't sell wallpaper. Therein no knife. I asked if professional painter do removal. She said that she did not know.

Came into an empty store with colors in hand ready to purchase paints. The sole employee working over the weekend - clearly frazzled. Did not greet me on arrival. After asking for help and starting my order, she left me each time another customer came in to go help them. After an hour in the store and never completing my order - left and went to SW store in Skokie where I was helped swiftly and with great customer service. This employee gave the worst customer experience I've had in a very long time. Totally unacceptable. I went and spent my $550 somewhere else. I would not recommend going to this store. It's sad to want to support your local store and be treated so poorly.
