I didn't visit Sam's club tire and battery I just visited the store. They always have everything you need. Most of the people are really super friendly, especially Archie and the checker lady from Haiti, who was working on Wednesday morning.

I hate shopping at this place. The staff is an attentive and rude. Unfortunately, this is the only club warehouse in my area.

The worst customer service ever! Three 15 minute holds on the phone for assistance!
This is the third time in six months that I’ve had an issue with this store!
I placed orders for delivery twice, and for some reason my delivery never made it to me! It took them forever to process my refunds. This time all of my items were not in the delivery and I had to come all the way to the store to take care of this. I’ve been waiting now 10 minutes in the store for assistance! Just awful!

The staff is very rude and they won't help you for anything. Worst service I have ever seen. Recently I fix my tires there and they broke my tire sensor.

I tried to save some money by going with Sam's. They have the worst customer service. They sold me the tires and after purchasing told me that they can only install 6 weeks later. I am having a problem with the tire and every time I call Sams club, I am left on hold for long periods of time or hung up on so the reps don't have to be bothered with taking a call. You get what you pay for. I don't recommend saving the few bucks by going to Sams.

Since the staff is, usually, never at the desk, I decided to call. I was told, at 3:55 pm on a Tuesday, that they were closed and to call in the next day, from 10 to 6. Their hours are the same throughout the weekend.

Awful. I bought tires from them in January. They broke my tire pressure monitor in one tire. When I called to let them know they hung up on me. So, I called corporate customer service. Customer service tried to call them and they hung up on customer service. Worst part is the tires weren't great and need replacing 10 months later.
