While picking up my order at this Sam Club my battery died. When I was in some car trouble Syed ( the pick up lead) saw I needed help. He went above and beyond by getting a portable jumpstarter to start my car. He did all of this while helping other customers at the same time which is impressive. Syed cares about doing a good job and helping out the customers. I really appreciate the effort

Just had my car battery replaced and they didn't preseve my presets on my radio or clock. A 9 volt battery will do this. I'm really disappointed over this being over looked, otherwise the service was good.

I honestly don't believe that customer care ca. get any worse then Sam's Club. From the stores, to the corporate office. Also, never file a complaint because they won't do anything about it!! And never deal with their bank Synchrony because that's a whole other issues!! Never do business with Sam's

My husband and I just purchased a membership for Sam's Club to take advantage of their meat delivery service. There were issues with our first delivery order on Saturday. We received a notification that the meat was delivered but it was no where to be found. Sam's Club's records indicated that the meat was delivered by a third party so we reached out to the store directly in order to get a refund or have the items re-delivered. The person we talked to said that we could only get a store gift card, not a refund. That didn't sound right or fair so we decided to dispute the charge with my credit card. They were about to lose our future business. Today, my husband received a survey requesting feedback and he gave them 0 stars due to the poor customer service over the phone. The survey was read rather quickly because the manager of this location, Faizen, immediately reached out to my husband directly to resolve our issue, He also wanted to investigate what happened. The manager was able to get us our issue resolved as well as a redelivery. Faizen was tenacious, professional and apologetic. We have had so many bad experiences with customer service with other companies that we were convinced that customer service was dead. Faizen changed our mind. There are still managers like Faizen that care about their customers. Due to their customer service, we will be using our membership regularly.

Curbside pickup is super convenient and the app is easy to use. Service isn't always super friendly but it's prompt and saves me from having to go inside. In this day and age, the gas prices are a savior as well. Take advantage of the next coupon you get offering you a $45 gift card with purchase of a ($45) membership.

The customer service is lacking here. Rude and not very helpful except for the older gentlemen that checks your receipt he's always so friendly and happy! I do prefer shopping at Costco their products are much more of a higher quality than Sam's Club. I shop more often at this location because they take Amex which Costco does not.

Sam's is not my preferred warehouse giant, but it is in a more convenient location. I have gone in the store once and while I didn't have a bad experience, I wasn't eager to go back. They have many items that Costco has, but I find Sam's to be more junk-food friendly. I realized they do online ordering and drive ups and haven't been in the store since. I place my order and its usually ready to pick up the next day, sometimes the same day. The gas station is a mess. People drive every direction to get through- take a tip from Costco and have a gas attendant!

I got membership in this place only because they have some things that Costco doesn't offer and I need them for work. Their public safety bar is obviously much, much lower than Costco. I have seen people walking around showing their noses including some store employees, some even went mask-less, and there was probably no one in the store reminding any of them about it. Last time I was there. There was a couple stopped at the entrance because they did not cover their faces with the masks. They babbled some nonsense, and guess what, they were let in like nothing just happened, or nothing had been going on around the world for more than one freaking year! I was stunned right there and all I could tell myself was, to stay far away from the couple and those who don't care about their own or others' lives. Oh and to come to this location unless I absolutely need things from here. Guys, please try to wear double masks when you decide to come to this location. Safety first!

Did you know that this is one of the busiest Sam's Club? Yes, the line does get extremely long but why wait? Download the app! Scan and go is user friendly and gets you in and out of the door much quicker than you think! They have a wide range of selection in meats and fresh produce. Although I shop at both Costco's (closer to me) and Sam's, I do find prices more reasonable at Sam's. So I take the schlep there twice a month and load up. I see a lot of negative comments and it triggers me because the employees there are such hard workers. Sure, as customers we don't see it because we go there and expect instant gratification; that get me in and out of here mentality. They deal with hundreds (if not thousands) of people on a daily basis and tens being completely unreasonable who feel the need to complain about every single thing. Please be patient, kind and understanding. They are all trying very hard to give you their best!

I use to be a member of this Sam's Club once upon a time. The firm I use to work for had a membership and we as employees were able to get a corporate a discount. Over the years I also got a membership @ Costco and didn't see the need to maintain 2 memberships so I chose Costco over Sam's because it was closer to where I live and was cleaner & better stocked then Sam's Club. We received an offer in the mail to join Sam's for a 1 year membership for $45 dollars. This offer came w/a $45 dollar gift card basically making this a 1 year free membership. My wife & I took a ride out to Evanston to this Sam's today to peruse the store. This Sam's Club is inferior in quality to Costco in almost every aspect. My wife picked up a few items. When we saw that the checkout line stretched from the registers in front all the way down the aisle to the last row in the back of the store turned down the back aisle and stretched down about 30 carts. In all from front to back I counted over 70 carts in line. I'm like OH HELL NO if anything we'll come back another day & left. Besides the long line I'm sorry to say there was a reason I choose Costco over Sam's as Sam's is kind of a second rate competition to Costco. While the Sam's does have some items comparable & maybe lower than Costco, Costco also beats Sam's price wise w/other items. Overall Costco is a much cleaner & to me a higher quality store then Sam's. That line was ridiculous and I refuse to stand in a line that long. PRO TIP: Sam's does offer an Ap that allows you to put a credit card on your phone so you can scan your merchandise & show the person at the door checking receipts that you have paid thus eliminating the need to stand in long lines

Worst Sam's Club I've ever been to. The employees are rude, customer service is terrible, and the lines are out the door. Thinking of canceling my membership and going to Costco instead.
