It took me awhile to find a dress I liked for an event i had coming up, but finally I found one 2 days before the event only it needed some alterations. I was stressed because I wasn’t sure how it would get done in time, but I called Quality Alterations and she said to come in and she would have it done by the next day!! And it came out perfect! I am so thankful and will be back!!

They are dedicated and always busy. However, communication over the phone (either text or call) was difficult. The worst part was that despite promising to return my call about a missing vest buckle, they never did.

I'm delayed in writing this review (the alterations took place fall 2022), but was thinking of coming back for another garment and felt compelled to do so. The team at quality alterations did an amazing job on my wedding dress alterations. I had somewhat complicated sleeves that needed to be shorted, bra structure added, beaded skirt shortened and restructured. And they were even able let out the dress a little bit on my final fitting when it felt a bit too tight (due to my size changing!). I am no dress expert and came to them not knowing exactly what needed to be done, and they made it fit beautifully! Thank you!

I first started going to Quality Alterations in 2019 when I brought a bridesmaid dress there to be altered. After that first experience, because of their warmth, their fair pricing, and the comfortable atmosphere, it became my go-to.
So when I got engaged and bought my wedding dress, I knew they would be the only people I would trust with it. And y'all. It's beautiful.
My wedding isn't until the summer, so I am not going to post pictures yet, but I am blown away with the quality of work and the care they have put into my dress. I bought a sample size gown that was too big, and they have transformed it. It fits me like a glove and makes me feel like a goddess.
To get a little personal, I am a person who has struggled with body image and ED for many years. I have had so much anxiety about the way I am "supposed" to look on my wedding day.
It is IMPOSSIBLE not to feel beautiful after taking my dress here, not only because they do such a good job, but because they really treat you like family and make you feel so secure.
Could not recommend highly enough!!!

I had altercations to my mother of the bride gown a couple of years ago and was very pleased with the work. Now I have another upcoming wedding and have taken my gown and evening coat to Quality Alterations for the same excellent work.

My partner brought in a suit to be altered. We didn’t realize that it is extremely difficult to change the width of the shoulders, and the owner did not mention that it would be difficult.We were told that the shoulder pads could be removed and the waist would not be taken in too much when the suit was brought inIn the end, the waist was tight and had to be let out again, and the waist still has an odd looking crease. The shoulder pads could not be removed, so the suit essentially looks the exact same as when we brought it in. Im just disappointed because the alterations were $100+ just for the blazer. If the seamstress had mentioned the complications with shortening shoulder width, we would have just returned the suit jacket for a smaller size.

Fantastic service! I had a last minute alteration to a ball gown, and she was able to turn it around in 2 days! I was very happy with the work that she completed and the dress fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

In just a short amount of time(6 weeks out from my wedding) they were able to alter my wedding dress. This was no simple task, my dress not only needed to be fitted to my size and height but there were some design aspects that I wanted her to incorporate. Not only did I trust her but she reassured me that she would be able to have the dress ready in time without compromising the quality of work. I’ll also add that my dress was on the higher end of what most people spend and so I was very specific(and maybe extra) about what I wanted ! She delivered and the entire experience was stress free ! From now on I’ll be having all my alterations serviced here .

I recently had the pleasure of working with the wonderful owners of Quality Alterations and Bridal for my wedding dress. They go above and beyond in every aspect of their work, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I could not be happier with the results.What impressed me most was their incredible attention to detail. I ordered my dress online, and as you can see from the photo, the dress has a lace overlay with a champagne lining. I thought the dress was beautiful but much too large in several places. However, by the time they finished, it fit like a glove. Every stitch was clearly carefully placed, every seam expertly crafted, and every detail meticulously executed so the changes looked perfectly natural. The result was a dress that was not only stunningly beautiful but also perfectly tailored to fit.Throughout the entire process, they were patient, kind, and truly cared about making sure that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. I never once felt rushed or like I was just another customer; instead, I felt like I was working with a true professional who genuinely cared about making the dress perfect for my special day. I can't recommend Quality Alterations and Bridal highly enough after the amazing last-minute job they did altering a jacket for my (now) wife before our outdoor wedding.We had planned an outdoor ceremony in Washington state, but a sudden cold front threatened to derail our plans. The temperature was now set to drop by over 15 degrees (into the high 40s) on the day of our wedding, leaving my wife less than two days to make adjustments before we were scheduled to leave. My wife frantically visited multiple stores to find something that would match her off-white dress. When she finally found a jacket that was a matching color, it was at least two sizes too large. Desperate, she brought the jacket to Quality Alterations and they worked magic. Despite the incredibly tight timeframe, the owner worked with speed and precision, somehow making all the necessary adjustments in just two hours. My wife was thrilled with the result. The owner had taken great care to ensure the perfect fit, taking in the back and slimming the sleeves. The quality of the work was exceptional; when I saw the jacket and heard the story—I couldn’t believe it had ever been altered. On our wedding day, the jacket looked stunning. It was stylish, warm, and comfortable. It looked like it came with the dress. My wife felt confident and received numerous compliments on how beautiful she looked. We were able to enjoy our outdoor ceremony without worrying about the cold, and the photos turned out beautifully.I highly recommend Quality Alterations and Bridal for their professionalism, precision, and expertise. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife looked and felt her best on our wedding day, and we couldn't be happier with the result. the good review must be referring to bridal or something else. The drapery quality is TERRIBLE. We finally had someone hang the drapes and they were totally uneven in length and the stiching was poor and careless. Do not let them touch your drapes even if they tell you that they made drapes for Sadam Hussein. (If true, he must have had low standards)Service: Drapery & curtains alterations
