I highly recommend Hollywood feed! I recently adopted a cat and found out she is a very picky eater and is very sensitive with litter brands. After getting some terrible advice from petco and petsmart (as well as subpar customer service), I ventured to Hollywood Feed hoping for a better experience. The staff was (and always is) very friendly and incredibly helpful! After listening to my cat's preferences, they led me to 2 specific brands for food and litter and my cat has been thriving ever since. They're so wonderful with any questions I have with being a first time cat owner and have saved me numerous expensive visits to the vet as well. Huge fan of HF!

One of the best pet stores I have ever been to. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to help and you can pretty much find anything there especially if you need organic or all natural products. I would highly recommend Hollywood Feed for any of your pets needs.

Very helpful employees and terrifically convenient parking. When I found out that the food can all be returned if your pet doesn't like it that really made it a great alternative. I guess that's probably a thing at many places but this is more of a personal shopping experience here

The staff always greets you when you walk in and are super helpful!!! The store has an amazing selection of food, treats and toys. Mandy is always helpful pointing out sales or helping make good choices! Love this store ❤️

Above and beyond! Customer service is top notch. They take returns, even open dog treats, back and donate to the local shelter. Kurt, in Evanston, went and exchanged a crate they were out of in Evanston and brought it to my home in Wilmette - in an hour. Customer for life!
