I was pleasantly surprised to find out they carry disc-bound planner/notebook discs here. I was planning to drive out to Staples much farther away to get some because I needed a set to archive my 2023 planner because my current set is now being used for my 2024 planner (I'm a nerd and save all my old planners as though they were journals). Office Depot came through for me and I was able to get exactly what I needed for much less than any of the fancy planner/stationery companies on the internet.

I stopped in after attending an event next door. I didn't win the raffle prizes at the event and had some serious office supply envy. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate. I found the display with the pens and planners I was looking for and was impressed by the selection. Tul is a brand I've come to appreciate, so seeing such a wife selection of their products was great. Cashier was super friendly and the checkout process was quick and easy. Also noticed on the way out they had some additional toys and stocking stuffer items, so this would be a good place to check out if you're doing some holiday shopping!

When I saw a customer walk out with tears in her eyes, I learned exactly why! The attitude problem these employees and MANAGERS have is beyond my comprehension! The management patronize customers and think they are in his words “straight forward !” Lol you are a manager, not my friend!! You don’t listen to the problem, you add to it. You also said “I know what this is about,” before I opened my mouth, and complained. It is obvious you work as a clique and defend your wrongs, even though the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ( the decent ones are not the actual criminals). The problem is the way you approach situations. You judge people before you even know the circumstances, and that’s BAD management skills!!! Also, next time, do not, have employees whispering in the ears of a manager in front of a customer! I am shocked beyond words how some people actually get their manager jobs. The problem is quality of humanity, decency, respect, and actual qualifications have all gone down the toilet.
