Purchased a car from New Ride this summer. As a first time customer, I felt comfortable dealing with their knowledgeable staff. I had the car checked-out by an independent mechanic who found a few issues. After discussing them with New Ride, we negotiate a fair resolution. Bottom-line; both parties walked away happy and I believe I received a good deal. What more can a car buyer ask for?

I’ve had 2 cars repaired after accidents at New Ride. The service level is top notch, both times the cars looked brand new with no trace of any accidents ever happening. The prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get. Boris was extremely helpful throughout the process. I was pleasantly impressed with how my car looked. I recommend this car shop to all my friends!

I've been taking my cars to Boris and Jimmy for years. They are the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of working with -- they are direct, efficient, and a joy to converse with. Their prices are very reasonable and the workmanship is without equal. A really excellent experience every time! Whenever I need any kind of service on a car I know I will receive an honest appraisal of what needs to be accomplished and the turn-around time is always much faster than I could hope for. Boris, the owner, runs an excellent business with fair prices and great customer service. They are first rate mechanics, do the job quickly, and take pride in their work. They have given us detailed explanations and honest assessments for work to be done (even telling us things that are not required). We have always been fully satisfied with the results.

I purchased a car from this dealership. Claimed to have serviced the car prior to listing for sale. Drove away to learned of mechanical issues. Asked for my money back. Owner refused. Contemplating suing this dealership at this stage. Owner indicated the fluids had been changed. Oil change interval listed on windshield was bogus. Another dealership showed me dirty oil and improper oil filter. Avoid these scammers and unethical people. Engine malfunction is not a minor issue. Basic vehicle inspection is required of any dealership. This company sells a vehicle without confirming the vehicle condition or safety. Just in the business of flipping cars for a quick buck. You have been warned.

I've purchased a Nissan Pathfinder (2016) from New Ride Inc. in April 2024. And I'm fully satisfied with its price and quality up to the present moment.
