They will lie and say you have requested a car when you didn’t they stole out of my car the manager is a crook Don’t trust Sandy a huge liar Rohan is worst Victorino Maristela will day you requested a vehicle when you absolutely didn’t they only honest experience I had was with Tomy and they claim he doesn’t work there anymore I can’t blame him and I will be contacting Mazda

Customer service is terrible, specifically at the parts department. Went to pick up some items a few times and was treated poorly by them. Terribly disappointed they treat customers like that.

Don't waste your time. I ordered a part from here and went through all the nonsense of giving them my VIN number to "make sure the part fits" and they cancel my order because of a mistake in THEIR system. Now I'm out $100 for 3-5 days and down another day on ship time on a part I really need.

Spent $200 on solenoids. They were faulty. Listing states a 12 month manufacturer warranty, but they won’t let me return them. This company is garbage, don’t waste your time or money.

They keep cancelling my order claiming that my parts do not fit the vehicle I selected, but I am 100% sure that they do, especially since I can find said parts by looking at the diagrams for my year and model vehicle.

The verify your vin did not work for me. It woukd only let me put in 6 characters. That led to my next gripe. Im not a huge fan of the "cancel your order if not contacted with vin confirmation within 24 hours." Shipping rates don't make sense. It goes up by dollar amount not the size of items. Therefore, when I ordered 10 bolts at $7ish a piece the shipping cost kept jumping. I will say that their price on parts is about 20% less than my local dealer that couldn't get the parts I needed. On the phone their customer service was excellent and fixed the vin issue. their shipping/tracking was fast and accurate. If needed I will definitely shop from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Worst service I have ever had. If i could, I would give them 0 stars for incompetence and plain rudeness. First I ordered a part by placing my VIN number in the system. After the order had gone through, they automatically cancelled my order without asking first due to them wanting me to buy a part that was 4 times as expensive and said that sorry our website had the wrong part listed Then when I ordered again, they cancelled my order and said it was an accident. They do not pick up phone calls. Their website looks like it was made by a seven year old and they have no decency whatsoever in order to make it up to their customers. You're better off getting a part from anywhere else. It'll let you save money as well as the hassle with dealing with these people. I am appalled. These people should not be in business.

Horrible experience - I had small order ($85) for couple grill parts and touch up paint. After waiting 2 weeks, they just cancelled my order. Off to eBay I guess...

Don't order from this company ordered a part for my car. The car i know the make and model of bc i didn't submit my vin # on 5/17/2019 today 5/21/2019 i wont receive the part until next week. Bc if i order the wrong part then that will cause me problems why is that your company's business they are really doing to much, took off the week so this would not interfere with my work schedule.
