My family and I had an incredible experience at Masterpiece Framing & Imaging in Evanston, IL. Matt and his team were outstanding in their generosity and professionalism. From the moment we stepped into the shop with three hungry elementary-aged children, we were met with warmth and kindness. Meeting and talking with Matt was a genuine pleasure, and his dedication to his craft shone through in every aspect of his work. Matt and his team framed an article I had written with such care and attention to detail, making the final product a masterpiece.

Such a lovely and personal experience! Matt was wonderful. We had a very sentimental piece needing to be framed and Matt took such a personal interest in the story behind it. It was handled with beauty and care. They made us a forever client and we highly recommend them to everyone.

Such talented staff that get really creative with art and treat your treasures with care. Every time I get a piece I bring it to them. Is pricey but worth it every time and they really work make it work for your budget.

About a week before Christmas, I came in with a photo of my husband's family. I was hoping to have it by Christmas but did not expect it because it was so late in the game. They said they would try to get it before Christmas but could not guarantee it. I said, "of course, I understand." So, what happened? They got it to me by December 23, 2022. During the pre-service of discussing how the photo should be put together, down to the smallest detail, I was pleased with the suggestions, AND I was more pleased with the result. Overall, the proficient staff knew what they were doing, had terrific suggestions for the matting, and the frame and the service were wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased and want to say a hearty THANK YOU to Masterpiece Framing Ing and Imaging.

I reserve on-line reviews only to truly outstanding establishments, establishments that are consistently excellent with every encounter, whether from initial contact to the final wrap up, whether from answering my questions over the phone or to walking me through a multi-step project in person: Masterpiece Framing and Imaging, in my opinion, is unreservedly outstanding, a ‘bespoke’ frame shop exhibiting excellence from soup to nuts. This spring I decided that a group of antique Japanese ukiyo-e prints and turn-of-the century French Art Nouveau posters should be liberated from a dark closet and enliven home and office, and thus began a search for high quality conservation framing and learned of Masterpiece by word of mouth. What won me over was that Kathe, Matt and the entire crew all displayed a refined artistic sensibility while helping me choose ‘the best’ mat and frame for each specific piece according to my tastes and obsessions, as well as kindness and patience with my little detours and delays during the selection process, and finally producing a set of finished framed posters and prints as carefully and conscientiously constructed as one lovingly swaddles one’s newborn.

A wonderful addition to Evanston! I am moving out of state, and had some last minute work that needed to be done so I could take my photographs and artwork with me. Matt and his crew were incredibly helpful, and did a wonderful job! Much appreciated! I wish them continued success in Evanston. They have come in during a difficult time( pandemic), but are always cheerful and helpful. Thank you once again!
