I cannot stress enough what a bad guy the owner of this company is. His name is Ronald Coleman and I had an encounter with him regarding a payment to a Mazda dealer for my sons car. I will not mention which dealership because they did nothing wrong. Ron accused my son and I of the felony of fraud with absolutely no basis of fact or truth. He did not want to hear the circumstances that caused the misunderstanding when we spoke and left threatening voicemails as to the legal ramifications regarding said payment. I was astounded at the lack of professionalism and maturity of this guy and if you ever see his name associated with another business he might work for/with, RUN the other way! I found no website for Ludlow Acceptance LLC, or any type of bio/credentials on him which is exactly what I would expect from a guy who conducts himself the way he does!
