Ridiculously expensive. Will never return. $22 for a simple jumpsuit that I had cleaned elsewhere for $8. It was convenient, but never again.

I was charged $70 to alter and dry clean a pair of dress pants. $15 for dry cleaning, $20 to hem them, and $35 to take them in.
When I requested the Korean woman in the front pin the pants for taking in as well as hemming, she expressed doubt. When I showed her how much should be taken in by pinching the fabric, she also expressed doubt and annoyance. Mind you, each pant leg upon purchase was large enough to serve as a pencil skirt for 2 thin, but healthy individuals. I do not have legs that come even close to fitting that. It appeared as if I were wearing a sack rather than dress pants, ergo the alteration.
To her credit, she did pin the individual pant leg where I had showed her. There would be enough of a taper to remove the shabby, sack-like sillhouette yet did not hug my form too closely. I received the pants a couple of days ago and finally had a chance to try them on.
Despite pinning the singular pant leg properly, nothing actually changed. The pant legs are just as wide as when I dropped them off, which means I'll have to find elsewhere to do the alteration only 2 days before I need them done, or do the alterations myself (which I wanted to avoid due to being short on time). I dropped these pants off a week ago, so this was not a last-minute request/order.
Reviewing other people's experiences make me not keen on confronting these folks about essentially being swindled out of $35. I do not need to waste my time arguing with people who decided to not fulfill an honestly pretty simple order (considering their field of business).
The ironing work was well done and the hem was correct; still I do not recommend anyone trust this place with anything but dry cleaning, ironing, & hemming. I am sure they are capable and skilled. These are not the issues I have. It really seemed as if whoever makes decisions chose to ignore the alteration direction entirely, if not diluted it so much that it basically didn't happen.
If I am paying $35 to not look and feel like a bougie potato sack, I then should not receive what is basically a bougie potato sack.

I seem to hit or miss with alterations. I dropped off a pair of pants for hemming and cleaning. They got cleaned before they got hemmed. I was called, but I travel so I can’t get in so easily. And there seems to be confusion on where the pants are when I go in. 2 months later , I still have no pants.

The people here are truly incompetent. The first time I dropped off dress shirts and a load of laundry, and when I paid to pick it up they did not give me all my clothes back, despite my skepticism. I proceeded to run back once I realized for certain they were not given to me, which was an inconvenience. When I went back, after returning another load, they charged me a fee for picking up and not paying; but I did! This was only me picking up what was not given from their pure incompetence! This would be obvious to all who know one load and one round of dress shirts and normal clothes costed 44$, showing both were paid for. Not to mention, the lady gleefully removed a discount from my first purchase and rubbed it in, which costed an extra $10. They also messed up this order and couldn’t find it for 10 minutes! These people are purely incompetent and should not be trusted
