Getting quotes from Bianca is a real pleasure. She's very responsive, professional and friendly. We switched our auto policy to State Farm after a spike in premiums from the prior carrier and recently got a quote for homeowner's insurance. Am very pleased with the service I received.

Bianca Williams was very patient and knowledgeable about the car insurance product. Her estimates were good but I decided to stay with my current policy primarily because I got a reduction for paying for it annually instead of every 6 months.. I like how she sent me her quotes in writing immediately and didn't constantly call or text me as I formed my final decision. My daughter and her husband have State Farm to cover the themselves and 3 teenagers and she is very happy with her agent and the service they get. thank you for that.
