I was very happy regarding my experience at H&R Block. My accountant was extremely professional and detail oriented; I appreciated the opportunity to follow each step of the return on the computer in front of me. Very well organized and efficiently run. The woman who worked at the front desk was also amazing, very professional and a pleasure to meet.
I cannot recommend H&R Block highly enough; if you want an experienced and highly professional accountant taking care of your tax returns, H&R Block in Evanston is definitely the place to go!

I bought a home last year, so this was my first experience with tax preparation. I selected Cheryl Stone as my tax professional, and could not have been happier with her professionalism, customer service and patience as we navigated through preparing my taxes. The H&R Block site is really easy to navigate, and does a great job at keeping sensitive information private. I plan to go with H&R Block for tax service in the future.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Grazyna Lipczyk-Bogdan; however, until last year I had always prepared and submitted my own tax returns. There is always the possibility that I might again choose to submit my return just to save the cost of having H&R Block do it.

Because as I was looking over my paperwork I saw a minor mistake of the year of my birth. I told her and wrote it down but I was born June 20 1993 not 1995 so that need to be corrected as soon as possible thank you for your assistance.
