You guys were great. You and Sam responded quickly with my situation, although I researched the problem. 2 things I was on the fence with if you get the job the diagnosis should be either reduced or free! 2nd , if the customer should be offered the choice for disposal of artifacts from their vehicle. Hence, shop cost! If there's no lubricants etc., why the charge? Other than those 2 , Excellent service!

I went for an oil change and asked for an appointment when it could be done while I waited. Everything went smoothly and timely plus they also gave me a list of things that should be looked at in the future. Excellent service!

HEART always goes above and beyond. They are detailed in explaining what your car repairs are, but they never try to oversell you on anything. They always deliver your car back to you in a timely fashion. When our car needed an emergency repair they were quick to fit us in. We've been with HEART (formerly Duxler) for over 20 years and wouldn't dream of using anyone else!

First time having my car repaired at HEART Certified Auto Care and I will be back! I really appreciated the photos and explanation of what was wrong, what type of repairs needed to be done and what would happen if I let the problems go on longer. Everyone was friendly and the repairs did not take long at all. My 10 year old car almost feels brand new again!

I went online to get an estimate, received a call that I would have to make an appointment for them to look at my car to get an accurate estimate. I made an appointment and when the front desk asked what was wrong I read off exactly what I put down on the online estimate form, and the person at the front desk was able to give me an estimate without anyone looking at my car. Getting the estimate was helpful, but I'm confused as to why I had to make an appointment for an estimate I could have gotten either from the online form I filled out or from the phone call I had before booking the appointment.

Heart Auto has proven itself to be a 5 star auto repair shop! I had a failure of a rear shock mount system within a year of having it replaced by Heart after driving over a pothole, and they 100% covered the repair. This is the type of issue that separates out the good shops from the bad, since driving over a pothole and experiencing a part failure leads to a sort of gray area of root cause fault. A shop can choose to blame the failure on excessive stress and driver fault, or it can look at it as a defective part and/or installation. Heart chose to take the customer centric stance and cover the failure, and for that they have won my loyalty and respect. Thanks HEART!
