After three phone calls over several weeks, my request has not been fulfilled. I want to changr my managed account. The last person with whom I talked with a week ago promised to have someone contact me. I am still waiting --- getting ready to leave Fidelity.

Horrible. Been trying to sell a fund for 3 days, won't go through. Can only see people in Evanston office by appointment, but it's IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT (see commenters above). They're only interested in big commercial and municipal investors, don't waste your time. Should never have left Ameritrade!

I would give zero stars but one is as low as I can go. I got to the point of making an appointment but they asked for my SSN and a code. The only code I use, didn't work so to hell with them. It is obvious that Management does not care.

I need to get a hold of someone to set up an appointment and the number is sending me to the main National office then they transfer back to Evanston where it's just music on hold forever. How do I speak to someone in a reasonable fashion to set up a meeting?
