Very quiet. Not crowded. They have a pool sauna steam room. Free weights, rock walls. Great value

overall, this is a good gym. i enjoy the instructors for the group fitness classes. i like the pool and hottub. it is not a brand new facility, but it gets the job done. i wish they would reopen the climbing walls. they closed for covid in 2020 and then have never reopened them or explained why.

Well equipped gym with friendly staff. Not quite high end strength training, with fairly basic deadlift/squat rack setup, no competition benches etc but a good selection of equipment.

A very nice, clean and affordable space. The customer service is very good. It’s nice to train. Everything is very tidy. 100% recommended

It's a good gym, however there are two easy areas for improvement:1) The climate control is not great. Today it was 35 outside but 73 in the weight area, which is a bit too warm when one is exercising. I could see the thermostat was set to 68 but it said it was currently 73.2) The hours could definitely be extended. 7pm close on the weekends is too early.

Its a good health club with a lot of amenities and not crazy over priced. There are plenty of machines so can always find something to do, if the machine you want is being used. They could use a few more benches as those go quick.

Not sure why the reviews are so negative. After doing a free trial day I decided to get a membership. Ive been to every gym imaginable in the past; Lifetime, 24hr fitness, Equinox, LA Fitness, local gyms etc. EAC is comparable to Lifetime, just smaller with less amenities. For example you can't get food or other services at EAC. This is perfect for me as I am the type of person who only goes to the gym to workout. Imo EAC has better machine selection & the smaller size of the gym is way more convenient for me. EAC is geared to people who actually want to exercise while still being a clean & peaceful environment, something I have found lacking in other smaller gyms. The locker rooms are nice and spacious, with shower, sauna, steam room. I feel comfortable enough showering here, taking my time doing my skincare & drying my hair, which for me is the difference between a regular gym and a luxury gym. I pay $80 a month for the base membership, I believe classes are free(I haven't done any) & personal training can be purchased, you can also purchase an extended membership which allows you to access the other locations.

This gym has been great to our family. Our kids love the coaches and the staff has been helpful and friendly in answering any questions or concerns.

Best gym in the city to for me, since day one! Mike and his crew have always been friendly and helpful. If a small gym with welcoming follow workout people is what you are looking for then this is your place to join.

They made it extremely difficult for me to cancel my membership. Expect a battle with customer service if you want to get out of your membership, the whole process is confusing and clearly designed to maximize the amount of money they can charge you before you leave.

Nice facility and friendly staff. I would give this place 5 stars, if they had longer hours. I hope they extend their hours of operation in the new year!

It’s a great gym, and it’s especially nice that it’s not busy. A huge point of sanity in my day. Love that they have so many squat racks and lifting platforms. However I wish the hours were extended to 11pm on weekdays, 9pm on weekends. Just that extension would make a huge difference. Working out after dinner on weekdays or immediately before going out on weekends, which I like to do on occasion, is not possible with the hours as they stand.Minor changes I would like to see: more bench press spots (frequently filled up), adding the second weight load up bar to the leg press to get more weight on there, and dumbbells going up past 100 lbs. Lifting platforms could use renovation, they are uneven in spots.

They really need to extend hours. Especially on the weekends when they close at 7.... most gyms are going back to regular hours (some are even 24/7) and for the price they charge to use the facility they should have more than enough leeway to hire additional staff.

After my first day here, found out I was depressed because this entire time I wasn’t part of the right gym. Finally feel right at home, love this place. Clean, nice staff and quiet. <3
