I booked a Corvette or similar to be picked up at Ohare in Chicago weeks in advance. Enterprise did not have it. They offered me a Mazda Miata with a $50 discount. That was not the experience I was looking for. Their employees do not wear name tags and I have no idea who I dealt with, but after dealing with a few people, no one seemed to care enough to want to help. They let me walk away. Customers who pay $1,000 to rent a car for three days should have a better experience. It was completely unacceptable!

The exotic car division gave me some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rental was noted as a Mercedes S-Class. Went through all rental paperwork and was then told it would be a Porsche Panamera... which was fine. Then when I was half way to the place, I was called and told that the brand new Panamera had a check engine light on.... I’d have a Porsche Macan instead... not even in the same category. But whatever.. arrived to find a base model Macan (50k retail) instead of a Mercedes S Class (90k retail) being offered to me at the same daily rate. The car was in rough condition interior was nowhere near as clean as some of the basic suburbans I’ve rented at my local enterprise. He offered me 10% discount which makes zero sense. Top 10 worst customer experiences. I would never consider renting through this location.

Confirmed online for a corvette "or similar". They called me a few days before to confirm and I asked them over the phone if the had the corvette available because that's what I wanted and I live an hour away. I got the usual run around when someone doesn't know but I hoped they would have it. I show up the day of to pick up the rental and supposedly they dont have a corvette and the "similar" option they offer me is a range rover......a range rover. Some one explain how an SUV is similar to a corvette. Thank you for wasting my time.

Your website is horrible, i lost interest in what i was doing and left to leave this rating for you. I came to see your exotic car rentals and your sote kept bouncing me around to the same places, i couldn't locate a price.

Small selection and inside a parking garage which doesn't have enough spaces for the cars available. Unfortunate.

Customer service and the car was great....However, within a week of my return, I was charged an $18 interest free??? And still have no idea what this was for. As a customer, that is not right. It's only $18, but it's the principal.

Car smelled VERY badly inside. Not sure what had died in it but used almost a 1/4 bottle of Fabreeze before I could even begin trip. After hours lock box was swelled shut due to heat and copious layers of paint...so unable to drop keys when dropping off. Other than that, all went smoothly.

As at other Enterprise offices, everything went splendidly. The agents are always friendly and don't try to shove you into buying extra services that are not necessary. The cars are good and the prices, combined with the service, make it my favorite place to rent a car.

I would have preferred a van without any dings or scratches but it ran well and did the job. The customer service was very good, was in and out in minutes, both on pick up and drop off. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Recently I rented cars, two different times. This rental facility has great customer service. They are incredibly helpful and flexible. Vance, especially was great to work with. If I need another car soon I will go there first.
