Juli and team have been walking our dog a few times a week for almost a year now. Our dog takes awhile to warm up to new people and he is always thrilled when Juli comes in the door. They are reliable and reasonably priced.

My two border collies LOVE Victor!!! One of them even sits up on the bed waiting for him. Embark is reliable rain or shine. In fact in the 2 years I have been using them they haven't missed one scheduled day. I highly recommend them.

We love EmBark's service. They are personable, loving to our cat, and send us the best photos and updates. If I need to, I'm able to get ahold of them in the event of a question or emergency. They are great and give us peace of mind whenever we travel!

Embark Animal Club services are always 100%+. Our Shar Pei female dog loves Victor.Embark offers a range of services which are always excellent and very reliable.The service price is very competitive and reasonable.I always receive an email with a report for the recent visit with photos.I highly recommend using Embark Animal Club services for your family pet.

EmBark pet-sitters are incredible! We have an older dog with multiple health issues and anxiety. Juli and her team take such wonderful care of her when we are gone. They are kind, attentive and we trust them 100%. In addition to our dog, we also have a rather complicated cat who requires lots of patience. I am so grateful to have found EmBark and highly recommend them!

Juli, Victor, and all of their EmBark staff have consistently been wonderful to our cat, Jack. He welcomes them every time and we are able to travel without worrying about him as he is always just fine.

We have used EmBark when we have gone out of town. Juli is just the best! She spends the night and treats our animals (dog, three cats) like her own, and even has gone above and beyond to water our plants and feed our squirrels and birds. She communicates regularly, so you can relax knowing that your pets are in great hands. We couldn't ask for a better service! I highly recommend EmBark!

We couldn’t be happier with EmBark Animal Club. They took amazing care of our senior cat when we were on vacation. He’s very attached to us and we came home to a loved and happy cat. Their daily updates and photos on their app are a great peace of mind too. Very knowledgeable and well trained team, you shouldn’t hesitate to book them!

We asked Embark to care for our dog and cat while we were out of the country for a month earlier this year. We were completely blown away by the stellar level of care and attention Juli provided. She sent us updates with photos and/or videos nearly every day while we were away. When the cat started scratching on the furniture, Juli bought a scratching post for her. Our dog still waits outside the back door of the apartment the animals and Juli stayed in while we were gone. We were so impressed that we have already booked with Embark for next winter. My wife Nancy, Max the dog, Hawk the cat and I are now proud members of the Embark family. We can't recommend them highly enough.

EmBark is the absolute best - it is clear that Juli and Victor truly care about and love what they do. Our dog's daily walks with Juli have been the highlight of his day. Juli is incredibly reliable and shows up to walk our Max every day, rain or shine - she is so sweet and kind to our pup, and shows such dedication and attention to every element of his care - she gives him a little treat, makes sure his paws are clean before he walks around the house (my rugs are grateful!), and makes sure he has food and water. We love getting the daily updates and pictures in their app and I am so relieved to know Max is in such good hands while we are at work! We wholeheartedly recommend EmBark to anyone who loves their pet as much as we do :)

Reliable. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable. Caring.Victor went above and beyond providing care for our dog while we were away & continues to through weekday walks. He was flexible, provided photos & updates, comfortable with our elderly dog who has medication needs & he taught us a trick to help with her being a picky eater. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this group highly enough - Juli came through for me and my cat on short notice, was incredibly caring to my cat, and flexible, consistent, accommodating and communicative! She is very professional and clearly brings a lot of love to this work and the animals. 3 cheers, 5 stars!

In response to the owner's comment below - I texted Victor 1.25 hrs after the call was scheduled to start and less than an hour after the call was scheduled to be finished - not in the evening. While I wholeheartedly appreciate that they're busy, I hope there's also some recognition re: how I made an attempt to accommodate them and also communicated as fast as I could. Thanks
