Their service was ok. We took scuba diving with them and everything went smoothly. The facility was clean. Staff was pretty helpful in assisting us making it a great memory.

Took the PADI open water scuba course with them. It was an amazing experience. From the first to last class, it was great instruction, amazing staff, great instructor to learner ratio, and set me up really well for my referral dives. If you’re on the fence about learning to dive, go for it! It’s magical.

Elmer's Watersports has been serving Chicago's SCUBA experts and novices alike for over 30 years. Elmer Munk opened the shop's doors in 1971 and operated the business for nearly 30 years. The shop has grown from teaching beginner level courses and selling recreational gear, to a well rounded Scuba shop with two floors of equipment for sale and rental. We now offer training to the young and old, the novice, the advanced, and the technical Scuba diver.
