Please avoid this hair salon. One two separate occasions, the owner/braider was incredibly unprofessional in completely not listening to what me in regards to the hairstyle I actually wanted, the amount of time it would take to do it, the pricing, etc., etc. When I tried to reach out to remedy the situation after the second incident, she just gaslit me so much and was completely just dismissive about everything and not wanting to admit that she in fact should have communicated better around a multitude of things that I just gave up even trying. Please try to explore other local braiders before going here.

They were amazing! Very diligent with their work. For medium-sized, long fulani braids, the two braiders got it done in 4.5 hours. The price also can't be beat. Both women were very sweet and kept me entertained by having some movies playing in the background. I'm tenderheaded, and while it hurt at times, it was definitely never too painful

Idk where all of these positive reviews come from there' probably fake because this woman is mean and over charges people for something that most people charge for a decent price and not only was she unprofessional but the shop is not even a shop its more like a dark empty room with no mirror or decent chairs and on top of it she had an atittudeService: Braids

So customer service is great ? but I was there for 12 hrs for some box braids down to my butt not down to my knees. SHE HAD AN ASSISTANTbut for the most part she was doing my hair on her own. She needs faster braiders. And more assistants.Service: Box Braids

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DIVINE!!!! She is the sweetest lady ever!! She does AMAZING work for great prices. She takes her time to do it right and as long as you don't keep getting up, she goes straight through and will have you out as soon as she can without compromising quality. Her prices include the price of the hair unless you want something she doesn't have. She is very knowledgeable about different styles and techniques and she'll even call in extra help if necessary to get you out quicker.
She also sells Nigerian films if you like watching them, along with other products and accessories.
**Make sure you tip her well!!! Her work is well worth every penny she charges and MORE!! Trust me, I've done my research and some people that charge more than her don't include hair and their quality is poor!!! Let's properly support our local black businesses!!

I went to her on 3/24/22. My hair look good but. I arrive about 10:40am first customer there but did not leave her shop until 8:33pm. No respect for customer time. Her assistant had her baby all over the place and crawling on me. My whole day gone!Service: Braids

She braided me and my daughter hair she was professional shop was clean and the braids was done very good I did not have an appointment I called and she took care of me the same day. Cons: I have been to this shop at least six or seven times since 2019 and there have been zero improvements made since my first visit! To start, they literally use hard back children’s folding chairs! Imagine sitting on that for 5+ hours getting your hair braided. Not fun! Second, the actual braids are TRASH! The parts are literally non existent which makes it extremely hard to style them! Third, the constant loop of Nigerian movies are mind numbing! The cherry on top is the many times I have sat between Divine, the other female braider, and their guy friend having loud obnoxiously heated debates in French WITHOUT MASKS for 30+ mins!!!Pros: Divine is nice.
