I don't know who the hell is posting terrible reviews of this place but it's unfounded. As a resident of the area, Delta has been a treasure of the community. The staff is wonderful and they have everything you need. This is a bodega, maybe stay in your rich side of Evanston if you don't like this place so much. As for the residents of the area, we love this place.

Delta is a decent place to purchase items that I'd prefer to obtain surreptitiously. I was always more comfortable purchasing cigarettes and lighters there than at a Walgreens, for example.
