Asked to use restroom, and was told it was out of order. I find it kind of suspicious that you have an open store without a working restroom. What should I have done?

Go anywhere else, the people here are mad dismissive and rude. I can handle an attitude, but these people suck at their jobs and are incredibly impatient and unhelpful. The Pharmacist is condescending and incompetent, and the girl answering phones clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. Poor service, choose another place to go.

Used to have nothing but good experiences here; but the ppl here -especially today - are extremely rude & dismissive. It would have taken me 2 seconds to pick up my very important & necessary medication before going out of town. They were willing to serve & treat a customer in front of me & pick n choose who to enforce what rules on aka favoritism (I was here before 1230pm - their lunch break - but they said some extremely rude things to me, belittled me and my time, my job/work, etc etc. & even laughed/giggled about it, making fun of me right in front of me behind their gate) & they treated/served him until 1245 + pm; but yelled at and berated me for asking could I please grab my meds real fast since I had to finish work & go out of town for a job (it was 1229-30). The young lady in particular overall negatively impacted my mental state/health (had an anxiety attack & heart was pounding) as well as my day (whilst showing zero compassion toward me - basically the stereotypical not treating patients like humans). Extremely unprofessional & rude. Whoever left the recent review saying don't fill your meds here unless you want your blood pressure elevated was spot on, sadly. I also read (in that same review) that this customer/patient claims *allegedly* that they suspect someone is stealing their meds. I'm gonna count mine now & if I hear others claiming this, will likely have to count em out at the counter - cause once u leave any missing pills is on you.TLDR: pharmacy staff (minus lead pharmacist) were extremely rude & this really screwed my day up - not just work wise but my mental health. Hate to see &/or experience stuff like this - you're dealing w sick ppl. We are humans just like you; I can't stand a tech acting like they're holier than thou.*EDIT* They at least kept their word & served me @ 1pm (ironically, if they would have enforced this policy on the customer / patient ahead of me, they could have actually had a full half hour lunch break instead of barely 15) The lead pharmacist (Male) was actually extremely professional, kind & courteous; & showed sympathy, empathy & most importantly agreed that the young lady (who said all the aforementioned rude/mean things to me & argued w me) was out of pocket for behaving & speaking (yelling*) at/treating me so poorly. He said he would have a discussion w her re: said unprofessional behavior & rudeness. I like that guy (the lead pharmacist) & I'll give him a good review - but that young lady needs to fix her attitude if she plans on working in this field. Really bogus, hurtful "bedside manner" she has. You're supposed to be treating & helping PATIENTS - so if u can't control yourself & bite your tongue (& if u dislike ppl so much), etc, you're probably in the wrong business. Being so reactive, volatile & borderline verbally abusive toward PATIENTS can really mess ppl up. There's no need to belittle a sick, recovering patient. Rant over. Lead pharmacist gets an A; whilst said rude tech gets an F-. I'll provide my feedback thru the survey CVS sends me*UPDATE* No one else has really been rude to me so I bumped it up to 3

If you value your sanity and want to get your prescription without raising your blood pressure then DO NOT COME HERE!!!. First off I know they steal my pain scripts. I have missing refills on multiple orders. Not to mention the untrained pharmacy tech staff

Very time I go into this cvs location in Evanston, I find the staffs very helpful and cooperative. They answer your question and give you the most accurate direct to where the materials you are looking for are located in the store.

This CVS is very modern inside. It's surprising what they are able to fit in that little space. The employees were top notch. I went in for a passport photo and it only took about 10-15 minutes.

Front registers are generally slow even when the store is pretty empty. However, the store employees, except for the female manager, are pleasant and accommodating. The pharmacy is extremely slow and the pharmacists are extremely rude. They never ask how they can help you when you’re standing at a window patiently waiting to be acknowledged. I live less than a block away but I plan to check out Target the next time I’m in need of a pharmacy.

The pharmacist refused to fill a digital eyeglass prescription for my son. She wouldn’t even give us the time of day to explain. We were practically dirt.

This pharmacy is frustrating: they rarely remember to ship out prescriptions after promising to do so. The problem seems to be this one male pharmacist or tech. He's got such a memory issue that I now hang up when I hear his voice and call back until I get someone else in the pharmacy. We usually use the CVS at Foster and Broadway and the pharmacy team there is superb, but we have to rely on the Asbury location for a certain prescription the F/B store is often out of. I dread having to deal with this location.

I used to just about live in this location getting photos developed several times a month for three years. I moved and no longer have a real reason to walk over here anymore. But I had a T-Mobile Tuesday promo for free pics, and it was like visiting your "old hometown." Still professional. Still quick. Still easy to get QUALITY pics. I'm super relieved that the automated system stops calling/texting you to death to pick up photos you already retrieved weeks ago. No complaints. The cashier was nice as well.

This store pharmacy is crazy!! Unacceptable wait times for pick up and drop off. As long as you have to wait you would catch COVID because it's cluttered at the pharmacy!! Do not recommend take your prescriptions elsewhere!!!!

I've never left a negative post...but I've been to this CVS twice for a Covid test and have been genuinely surprised at how poor their communication and customer service has been. It really sticks out among other CVS locations. The first time they refused service because I wasn't in a car, and after getting my husband to load up our toddler and come over, told me they were closed. I understand the policy, as limiting as it is for those who don't own vehicles, but there was no indication in any prior communication that cars were required. Just now I went again for a scheduled test, about a year later after the first incident, and was told that all tests have been cancelled for the day. No notice, no communication, still nothing. My husband still has an appointment and has received nothing, and you can still make appointments online. Really, really unprofessional, and only giving 2 stars because they employees seem nice, if inexperienced.
