Wanted to thank EVERYONE who works at this location for all of their help and hard work. Also wanted to give a special thank you to both Jen & Sharon (sorry if I spelled that wrong or am remembering the name incorrectly, but it was the store manager!) - they were extremely helpful, polite and professional throughout our entire patio furniture buying process. They worked with us to make sure we got the pieces that we wanted and needed, and even helped us make sure that we were getting the best prices!! Loved every bit of our experience at this World Market location, and hope to be back soon. Thank you!!

I wasn't around 2 years and changed a lot. There are used to be a lot of different boxes of candy ? from different countries , but right now empty. What is going on? I hope so in next visit will be back products!!

Last time I went in there, they were playing ads over their in-store speakers.
This is customer-hostile behavior that annoys a majority of the population.
I've since learned that I can buy the snacks they sell here online from other businesses.

I was in the store a bit ago and overheard 2 of the male managers yelling at each other really loudly within earshot of the customers! I even heard threats tossed into the fighting. Wow. I was in again grabbing a snack and I have since seen them both still there, crazy. Control your people World Market!

We love going to World Market; I've bene patronizing these establishments since they were still called Cost Plus.
We live in Rogers Park and have been all over Chicago searching for Torani syrup, and World Market is the ONLY PLACE with a WALL of Torani syrups; that's the main reason we go there but we also love the variety of other foodstuffs, and are always surprised and pleased that their wares do not cost a fortune.
Their inventory is eclectic without being haphazard, and that's a fine line ta walk successfully. Bravo.
There are always seasonal wares, so they're worth checking out frequently, as one never knows what lovely treasures one may find there!
The staff is always friendly & professional, even in the face of cruel, entitled bullies, and that's a hallmark of excellent service.
Be aware that they do NOT validate for the parking structure across the street; only the AMC does that, as far as I know, but also, parking in Evanston seems to be free on Sundays, so keep that in mind when planning your excursions!
