The banker wasted 20 minutes of my time before saying “we can’t help you.” There is no managerial presence here- it’s like an island. I closed three accounts yesterday. Chase is dropping the ball!

I took half a day off of work to open savings accounts for my kids. I called the day before and was redirected twice to different numbers. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED what ID I needed to bring.After being made to wait an additional 30 minutes beyond my appointment time I was informed by the banker that I didn't have the proper ID DESPITE BRINGING EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO.This isn't the first time I've had to deal with their incompetence and I've only needed to see a banker twice. I'll be closing all of my accounts and banking elsewhere.

On 2 separate occasions their ATMs do not work to get cash. Both the walk up and drive through. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

horrible service. The teller wouldn't cash my payroll check which was from a company not even a mile away stating that "my ID was expired" even when I showed her 3 other forms of identification. Horrible.

Came in here to open a checking account and the banker that helped me was pretty friendly and efficient. He took the time to go through all my options and the best possible means to optimize my banking needs with them. He was pretty young and really enthusiastic about working here, which showed in his work. He even took the time to merge all my Chase accounts (new checking account and credit cards) under one mobile login account which saved me a call to their help desk. This location does have parking, but I can see it being a pain to get in and out of here because of its location. It is located at a high traffic area with multiple traffic lights. Hopefully, with the benefits of mobile banking, I hope I don't have to come in here often.

I have tried other chase branches around and I have to say this particular branch has been the most helpful when it comes to my concerns and questions.All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.One time I left my wallet on the teller counter and at that time I had a good amount of money in there since i had just cashed my check,the manager called me and let me know,upon arrival she told me to describe what was inside the wallet in which I did,she then went to the back and retrieved my precious wallet. Such an honest team.

I'm working with that branch every single day.The stuff is very nice, fast and helpful.The Branch Manager Cristina Rosko is always there giving us advice, providing the excellent service. That is why I choose that branch rather than other.

Horrible customer service! Man behind the counter was condescending, rude and just plain mean when I was clearly not having a good day. When this world needs some more compassion he was not willing to show it. I hope Chase bank has a serious talk with this man.

Service is very poor had to make 3 trips to correct a problem then staff was very nasty!! If you have s senior they don't work well with them !!!!
