The only reason i don't give this store one star is the employees during the daytime are great, however if you need something at 330 am don't even bother going to the store as the worker on wedsday morning at 330 am has a sign on the door saying 711 is closed with no information when its going to be open again , i looked in to see he's on his cell phone texting , so i call 711 and he says were closed now i ask when they will be open he repeats again were closed now , had to ask same question twice then he says 430 am a full hour away from when i arrived making my 4 block walk pointless , their is absolutely no reason this guy at night should keep his job i give this location a lot of biz maybe ill just change locations . if your going to play hookie at work don't claim to be open 24 hours when you're clearly not . I would of given this store 5 stars is i bassed it on their daytime crew who is very friendly even looking out for discounts on the stuff i buy

I was physically assaulted by an employee there. He hit me and told me to get out of HIS store as if he owned it. I was using the atm at the time. If I were you I wouldn't shop there! Needless to say I sued them and got PAID! Customer service is terrible if you aren't white you don't get a bag.

When I purchased a coffee with my app, the person @ the register charged me $1.86. I complained because it was suppose to be a $1 (when using the app). At which time the app alerted me for redeeming a free coffee?! I complained again was not given the free coffee and then charged $1.10 RIPPED OFF!!!! Let's also add they rarely even have coffee made!

First off the cashier paid absolutely no attention to what he was doing when ringing my transaction. He was too busy on his cellphone. There's a name Maestro on my receipt but if that's incorrect it's the d*** kid who was working at 5:27pm tonight. If you're going to be handling cash and opening a register, you need to be paying attention to your customers so you don't become a target. Safety I'm sure is important to this brand and it should be of concern to the owners when they have employees displaying this type of behavior while on the clock. What a millennial.

The only reason i went to this location last night was because the nearby CVS Pharmacy and Target locations had just closed in my face practically.I was extremely thirsty to the point of deadly exhaustion. This is the only reason why i still purchased a store brand green tea from them after this foreign racist male employee or racist entrepreneur reached for my extremely expensive smartphone.I had asked him nicely if his store accepted Samsung Pay.He begrudgingly told me no while reaching for my headphones hooked up Galaxy S8 phone i had just gotten 2 months ago.Maybe he has seen too many videos online of his type viciously disrespecting the males of my race and the dire consequences of those foolish and hurtful actions. However, even he had sense enough to not actually touch my phone.I told him quietly with the look of death on my face not to touch my phone.Based on the fearful look on his face,he clearly understood that he was putting his life at risk literally. He's smarter than he actually looks i suppose. While i was putting my phone in my pocket because Samsung Pay didn't work on their credit card computer,he rudely served another customer. Then he finally did his job grudgingly by checking out my bottled cold tea.
