“Amazing staff here. To be very honest, the folks working in the Evanston locations make all the idiosyncrasies of the corporate giant (overbooking etc) they work for, way less problematic. They really try to find solutions and you know they are on your side. To add, I witnessed a local woman and her child bring them homemade Christmas pastry for being great and helpful. So it's not just my impression. I do recommend arriving with extra time because it gets busy etc.”
