Was supposed to receive the CBD Relax Gift Box as a gift. What I received was vastly different from what was listed/pictured on the website. The owner was rude and dismissive and simply stated they have the right to substitute products. Body oil was leaky and sticky. Ridiculously overpriced. They charge $25 for the CBD tea which I can order on Vitacost for $5. No thank you.

The owners of this shop are so down-to-earth, hard-working, and knowledgeable. We should feel so lucky to have this shop here as the products WORK and are such a great alternative to big pharma. Everything I’ve tried has been magical and I need to get my booty back there soon! I ❤️ Botanica cbd!!!!

Lisa is very knowledgeable. I appreciate that she frequently offers a sample so you can see if the product works for you before making a larger purchase. Many of my clients use the Mary’s transdermal patches. Lisa also has always been extremely generous when I’ve asked for donations for raffles or community events.

It's one of the most elegantly laid out shop in the category. The inventory and type of product runs the gamete, from pain relief to stress relief. The products are higher quality than anywhere else. Their products are carefully described, categorized and displayed. Lisa is incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and personable. Just a good vibe in there every time. Feels good to shop small in Evanston.

AMAZING! I recommend this place to everyone! They have an incredible inventory and even more incredible owners/employees who are so knowledgeable and willing to assist you in any way they can. 11/10 recommend. Ask about the Uplift CBG/CBD oil! It’s a must have!
