This made me feel great. I didn't feel as if I was a just another number. This is great customer service. Also, he called me on the phone to let me know my bike was fixed before the time he expected. Thank you Alex.I really like this shop. It was my first time going. It didn't take time to be serviced. I will be returning for tune-ups in the future.”
