But I have to say, not only their price is extremely competitive the service is very friendly and fast. We ordered a microwave online. And when we were picking it up it took total of 2 minutes and the sale guy wheeled it to our car. We really appreciated that.

I've been to this particular Best Buy several times, each time I notice the staff is so busy socializing with each other that they forget about the customers. Today is my last time coming to this store. When I walked out today three employees were at the door talking, totally ignoring the fact that customers needed assistance.

Went to the store 3 separate times to pick up my online order and was told 3 separate times I received the message in era to only return a fourth time and the item was ther the entire time (for 2 days). The door person is extremely nice but the rest of the staff is lazy and lacks knowledge and professionalism. If one worker would have taken the time to check for my item this wouldn't have happened. I'll never make another purchase at best b and if it wasn't Christmas I would have returned my order. Wish I could give zero stars.

Nobody working the Saturday before Christmas. Saw multiple groups of people standing around waiting to be helped. I finally walked out.

The worst customer service ever. They will tell you to have a seat to speak to the tech guy and while you are waiting him for over 30 min he will help some other people and when you ask why the you will be told to have an appointment sir you should have told me that be for you told me to have a seat. Wast of time!

Worst best-buy ever. Never coming back here again to buy anything. This location has the worst customer service. I really liked one of the microwave and asked for some assistance because I wanted to buy it. When I asked them for help they told me I am on break and I understand but then I asked another person he told me to wait 10 mints even tho nobody was at the location since it was morning time. They made me wait 10 mints and after that told me another 15 mints. I just left. Never coming back here in my life on god.

I want to start off by saying I have never seen a Best Buy store with such unprofessional qualities, I mean my god the fact they only had 4 employees in a store that big one cashier with a line full of people and the cashier did not know anything about their credit card policy or their leasing program. Such an unprofessional staff even the manager was clueless. In summery if you wanna go to just pay for stuff then you’ll be fine but if you have questions or need help with information about anything then you’re screwed.

Horrible service, incredibly rude and condescending manager. I normally don't write reviews, but this is 100% necessary. I was told through phone that my computer was ready to pick up, yet when I arrived they told me it wasn't in stock. When I explained that we received a phone call telling us it was ready, they brought the manager to talk to me. He IMMEDIATELY came in with attitude, claiming they don't ever call people and we never received a call? How are you gonna look me in my face and tell me I didn't receive a phone call? Why would I lie about that? Clearly you guys don't have things in order considering nobody knows what is and isn't in stock, so if one of your employees decides to call me and you aren't aware of that, THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. So anyway, turns out they were WRONG and it actually was in stock. I understand that inventory can get messed up, I've worked retail, but don't come to me with an attitude if you guys are the ones messing everything up! I don't plan on shopping at this best buy anymore, and clearly from the other reviews, I'm not the only one who's had an issue like this. Do better. Be better. Simple as that
