I bought my washer and dryer in this place and asked if they could put them in the basement, they told me yes, but when they took them to me they told me that I hadn't paid for that SO I made sure to pay so they wouldn't leave them outside ?you better go my recommendations elsewhere.

This is the worst BestBuy Ive ever bee in my life. No customer service. went to buy an AC with their card and they were getting an error on their end. so he had to call somewhere. and after 20 mins of being unsuccessful to connect they wanted me to handle their problem

This store can’t keep track of their own stock and is completely unhelpful when they can’t find it. Their website was showing 2 of an item I was looking for as “in stock”. I get there and look around, can’t find it. I found where it would be, locked up in a cabinet, but it’s not there, only the price tag. After 15 minutes of wandering around the store, I finally found an employee. He helped me search for it, and he couldn’t find it. He asked a manager, the manager joined in the search, still couldn’t find it. The manager asked Geek Squad where it turned out they were holding it for a customer. They still had it, but couldn’t sell it to me because Geek Squad had it. I was never offered similar products that were in stock, let alone a price match on them. Then I asked for one other item and was told they kept getting stolen. Complete joke of a store.

Bought a laptop over 2 weeks ago online for in store pickup and the process was smooth and easy.
I guess they had a technical issue on their end and didn’t charge me the right tax day of, but decided to charge me 2 weeks later. Hit up customer support with no help.
If you want a computer or electronics in general, just go to microcenter. Best Buy ain’t it.

DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the 2nd time I’ve had to deal with a poor interaction with their TERRIBLE employee “El” if that’s even her real name. Stay away from the short pudgy girl with the teenage angst of the cast of 13. She is EXTREMELY RUDE every time I’ve had to interact with her. She DOES not deserve a job. Plenty of migrants willing to do the work she can’t. She was yelling and talking rudely for NO reason. If this is what Best Buy has to offer as their “Elite” employee lmao what a joke! Will never come back to this location again. Will be reporting her to their corporate office. She’s a disgusting person who clearly hates her life. But that’s not my issue that’s hers. ?️FIRE HER

Honestly glad we visited the store to check out televisions. The sales person we talked too was extremely knowledgeable and able to articulate what differences actually impacted quality, and how to pick the right set for our needs. Also was able to get stand, cables and everything else needed in one trip which is helpful. Overall same price as Costco but without a warranty, but had more knowledgeable folks to talk to.

I have been buying products from Evanston best buy store for 21 years. For my rental property, all kitchen appliances and personal electronics bought from that store. Recently i don’t feel comfortable when I come to store, cause a super visor Johnny ( who has beard ) never saw smiling face when talk to him . When he talks feel like he is upset mood and talks very aggressive .Best buy management needs to put a lots of attention on him other wise He will ruin whole best buy reputation.

One of the worst Best Buy‘s I’ve ever been in my life. I came in and I wanted to buy four MacBooks for my office - I was at the Apple Store and I waited 10 minutes which I do not mind waiting because it was an hour before close, I asked an associate to help me after patiently waiting at the Apple Store for 10 minutes and the associate said your gonna have to wait a minutes, pointed at me and just walked away. As someone who used to work at Best Buy 10 years ago, I’ve always been treated with respect, for an associate to just put their finger up and say you’re gonna have to and then walk away, and I was going to spend literally $4000 is unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this Best Buy
