A very inept group of people at this BofA I had to go to the one in rivers park to get correct service. Specifically a female teller (didn't wait to get her name) she's African American and wears glasses She told me my check couldn't be cashed because the date read the 12th, it was the 11thI left and went to the rogers location and got it cashed. Dear managers, retrain that lady, she's a dumbass.

They usually accept walk-in even though it's better to make appointment online. The employees here are friendly and they explained the service and terms very patiently.Service can be a little slow depending on the number of employees that are available.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I started my business account there and they helped me through the process.

I usually come here to get a cashier's check to pay for rent. Last time I was here on Thursday December 29at 4:25pm. Both front desk specialist Ifran(i believe it's correct spelling)as well as manager whom he had to approve the transaction were awesome. They were easy to talk and knowledgeable about operations they perform. Definitely best branch I have been to so far! Their relationship manager, I believe his name is Sayed, is very nice too. From the moment I walked in he was nothing but a treasure of information I needed. He is my account manager now. Way to go!

Constantly long lines regardless of the day or time. Huge turnover of staff. Significant maintenance fees for checking and savings. Have been with Lasalle and then BofA for 20 years but going to Chase this afternoon. Horrible customer service at BofA. Convenient location but not worth the hassle.

This is the worst BofA location I've been to. It gets the 2 stars strictly for the super convenient drive through atm and the other one being inside the door, which I like better than being outside. I will always avoid coming inside this place if I can help it when it comes to teller related things. They are extremely slow for starters and anytime I've managed to make it to the front, they make me feel as though I'm hugely inconveniencing them, which in turn makes me feel uncomfortable. One time specifically, I ran in because my account went too low. I had a bunch of change on me so I ran in to deposit it and the lady tells me they can't deposit change....?!?!?!?! Are you being serious?!?!

Slowest service ever. Completely oblivious to customer needs. I wanted to open a specific account and had a few questions. I waited 45 minutes and watched two tellers chat with the same customer for half an hour while everyone else waited. I said I had to go, but was willing to make an appointment for another time. They told me I had to wait to make an appointment. Are you serious??? Wasted 45 minutes and got nothing done. Will never ever go back there.

Slowest tellers ever. Yannick should be fired, turtles move faster. I will go out of my way for a different branch next time. Might even switch over to Chase. I've just about had it with BOA.

In trying to make a deposit and get a roll of quarters, I was told by a teller to go out to the ATM to make the deposit and get money and then I can go back in the bank and get in line again to get quarters. That is very, very lousy customer service. I will be looking into changing banks.

It is not often that I take the time to write a review of nearly anything! However, I did want to say that I have always - and I do mean always - have received excellent service at this branch of Bank of America. From Jesus to Sally to Mary to Christine: they all exude genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with patience and competence. Occasionally lines get long, but that is true at any place of business adjusting to the ebb and flow of customers. Nonetheless, all of the staff do not rush you or leave you with an impression of harried service. As someone who has worked with "the public" in one capacity or another for decades, I understand how difficult it can be to keep the balance between competent, efficient service and authentic sociability: the folks at this branch "get it" and pull it off on a daily basis. Kudos to them!

I don't usually review banks, but the service at this location of BOA was amazing! Really amazingly kind and knowledgeable and happy... loved it! If I hadn't already chosen another bank to switch to, I would've stayed with BOA based on this location's service alone.

ATM is located on the other side of the lobby, opposite Chicago Ave.
