I'm not really sure what John in the comments is talking about. I had the complete opposite experience. These men were full of funny stories, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I called in asking about an igniter and one the gentlemen helped me find the part I was looking for. When I walked in, he already set the part aside so it would be ready when I walked in. I've already recommended them and I'm looking forward to coming back.

I went there yesterday to pick up a Igniter. There're two very old dudes one smaller another is bigger. The skinnier old man started showing attitudes the moment a customer walked in. When asked what the return policy is gave the most irritating answer and very defensive. They are selling a genuine OEM product? He told me the original parts costs $125 or something and I asked for the cheapest options. It actually costs a staggering almost $40. That same part he told me were the original without needing to splice where it's got the easy connection from GE was only being sold for $17 dollars online lol. So they basically sold me something that could have costed them $2-5 bucks for a staggering $40. Great use of people's needs in time of urgency and taking advantage of it like killers. As if that doesn't make them to be aware and treat customers with respect they have the most unfriendly old people who doesn't seem to wanna be at work. Should just retire these old unfriendly and unhappy people. ?

Just called here today about a board and display for a range. Guy picks up the phone and asks me for the part number which I don’t have but I do have the model number. I give it to him, he asks me what color I am looking for and I tell him stainless but if stainless isn’t available I’ll take black no problem. He reiterates his question and I reiterate my answer. He looks up the part and says it’s not available, I asked again is the part available in black and he takes a deep breath and says which one are you looking for…. I sense he is irritated so I move forward and ask a different question because I really need this part. I got 5 words into my question and he takes a deep breath and goes the part number for the model you gave me W………. It’s no longer available. I understood that but my question was if the part that I found online was interchangeable with the part he said was no longer available. Patience goes a long way pal. If you don’t have interpersonal skills then don’t answer the phone. I didn’t ask redundant or unnecessary questions but I received an unnecessary response. No worries I’ll find my part with someone who’s more professional and patient. I’m sure he’s not as tough in person

Stopped by for an oven ignitor three days before Christmas (wife is on a cookie baking bender). Not only did they have the part, they gave me an upgraded version with a connector for the lower price of the model requiring splicing. Very friendly as well!

Paid a premium (compared to online pricing) for a Dryer Gas Valve Ignition Solenoid Coil kit for my Maytag dryer and the coils only lasted 4 months. If I wanted something to last only a few months I could have purchased them off eBay for a 1/4 of the price.

I needed a part for my Samsung dryer and this place was near where I work so I decided to check it out. I called ahead to see if they had the part and the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly polite and helpful. He found the part for me and set it aside so I could stop and get it after work. He let me know the total cost, their return policy, and confirmed their location over their phone without me even having to ask. When I walked in I told them my name and they immediately got the part out and rang me up. He again reminded me of the return policy (no returns on electric parts) and was extremely polite through the whole interaction. Their customer service is top notch and their prices are extremely fair. If I I ever need another appliance part I will definitely be back.

Really appreciate the support from Jim. He had the part ready and waiting for me and went through how to install it and provided some online resources with instructionsfor my oven model. I highly recommend purchasing from here vs. online, especially if you are planning on doing your own repair. I only watched 2 minutes of the video because Jim’s instructions were better.

I am absolutely NOT a fan of this place without even stepping in the door. Clark & Devon Hardware recommended them to me because they may have been able to copy tubular keys. While trying to explain that I just wanted a copy, the guy I talked to kept cutting me off and talking about creating a new lockbox. After several interruptions, I told him we did not need a new lockbox. We were just trying to find a place that would copy our current key since the manufacturer stopped, and the other hardware store recommended them because sometimes "they have older keys." He just kept cutting me off, FINALLY asked someone about cutting tubular keys, then said, "We can't help you." Never will I ever step foot in here or call again. If the phone customer service is this snippy, I can only imagine what it's like inside. I found another hardware store who was able to do it anyway (and actually let me talk).

I give this place a zero.I called for a part and was told they had it.Drove all the way there and it was the wrong part. Won't ever be calling this place ever again!
