I’ve been to this shop for months. They are honest men. They are run by a groups of mechanics so they will tell you what’s happening without lies and deceptions. Highly recommended. You guys are great

The original Auto Doctor(s) were my go-to mechanic(s) for years, they remain great at this site. Competent, fair, informative, honest, and kind. If I bring my car in for inspections, or even when a window won't close properly, they take a look, and can make a suggestion, or more recently, just put air in the tires! The best.

I have an older car, and things can go wrong. I recently lost power steering. I always take my car to Heart. I’m not sure if they’re the least expensive, but everything they’ve ever fixed has been perfect. I also like how their customer service is super friendly.

I recently purchased a used vehicle at an Audi dealership in Highland Park and there was some packaging for lug bolts from this place in the trunk. I called and spoke to a man named Wally. I asked if I had vehicle information or previous owner info if he was able to pull up service history on the car.He was able to email me the complete service history of things that they did since the car was new with the previous owner. Based on this exchange and the other reviews, if I ever need service on this vehicle I very well may use this business. Great service and I didn't even buy anything. Five stars!

They were not 'pushy' and the staff was very friendly. They also offered me helpful advice on taking care of my car in the winter (I recently moved to Chicago). I was able to get an appointment easily within a short time frame.
