As a commercial trucker driver with an impeccable safety record spanning six years, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with State Farm's handling of my insurance claims and policy adjustments. Despite being involved in two accidents that were not my fault, State Farm denied my depreciation claim, leaving me financially burdened. Furthermore, they unjustifiably increased my policy premium from $190 to $355, citing rising car part costs as the reason, which I believe is a misleading justification.
Additionally, I have encountered persistent issues with a rental policy that I have repeatedly canceled on three separate occasions. Despite my efforts, State Farm continues to charge me for this policy. This oversight is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of attention to detail in managing my account.
Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the lack of communication and transparency from Augie and his office. Despite assurances from Kelly that my rental insurance policy had been canceled and that my monthly payments would be discussed due to my low annual mileage, I have been unable to reach Augie or his office to resolve these matters. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and hinders my ability to effectively manage my insurance coverage.
Moreover, the recent revelation of State Farm's involvement in bribing a judge in Illinois to gain power within the state raises serious concerns about the company's ethical practices. Such actions undermine trust and confidence in the organization and suggest a pattern of unethical behavior that may extend to local offices like the one I am dealing with.
I hope that by bringing these issues to your attention, we can work together to rectify the situation and ensure that I receive fair and transparent treatment as a valued customer. I trust that State Farm will take appropriate measures to address these concerns and restore my confidence in the company's commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.

Augie and his team are simply the BEST! Truly a great team who respond so quickly and provide thorough information. Anytime something has come up for us with cars or homes, we knew we could relax because we are in such good hands with Augie. They go above and beyond to take care of as much as possible so we can focus on the day-to-day things we need to be doing. (We have had 2 catalytic converters stolen and their team responded immediately with a recommended repair location and they took care of everything for the claim behind the scenes. Augie and staff are phenomenal.While driving home from college, my son's car broke down (during Friday afternoon rush hour) on the toll way.While my son was stranded for several hours, Augie and Noelle went above and beyond to insure that my son got the help he needed to make it home safely.

I have worked with Auggie and Kelly and the crew at this agency for more than 10 years. They are professional, attentive and always have responded to me immediately via phone or email. During the pandemic they were all remote but still got back to me immediately. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

We recently had the catalytic converter stolen from our car. We emailed Augie, and he responded quickly. Thankfully, he had us set up with coverage for this type of thing, so we ended up paying nothing to have it replaced! Augie recommended a shop to do the repairs, and coordinated all the paperwork and payment directly with shop. I simply dropped off the car, and picked up the car just two days later! Augie's team also arranged a rental car for me while the car was in the shop. Same story, he coordinated all paperwork and payments directly with the rental car company – I just picked up the car and drove away. The entire process could not have been easier!

I want to share that I have so enjoyed working with everyone on this team. They are always have answers and explain them so I can understand, they know who I am when I call, they are kind and funny and wonderful to work with. I only left State Farm because I could find my policies elsewhere for less. I highly recommend working with this team!
