I had several issues when using the wash. The machine charged my credit card when it stated it appeared that it did not go through. Used another card and there was no soap for the wash. Also the voice mail is full when calling.

I should have listened to the reviews there is no soap at all and it just takes your money no questions asked. One bays brush bristles are completely worn out so it will scratch your car.

Don't come here—it's a waste of time and money. The car wash stalls are dirty with trash, leaves, and mud. There's no soap or wax, not even on the foam brush—just water. People take forever because they bring their own supplies to hand-wash their cars, and there's no attendant to help. I won’t be coming back; this place isn't worth it.

The worst car wash in Evanston, there is NEVER soap in the sprayer which forces you to use the foam brush which scratches your paint. Sprayers will have low pressure if it is busy. Every time I think it will be different, and I’m disappointed every time

Place sucks now,use to be good place to get a hand car wash,now no one is on duty .Today l started washing my car but there was no soap and no body on duty..there were others customers complaining with the same problem...l called the company but did not have luck,no one answered...l will never come back to this place after 20 years of doing my car wash..

Only the stalls on the far right had working credit card readers. I had to try 3 stalls.
Update downgrade to no stars! 2 times coming here a month apart and no soap. You can't wash a car without soap. For some reason the place was packed??

Sketchy. Now. 5 years ago it was a great place to wash your car. Now, it’s washer be ware as to wether the vacuums work, there’s soap in the machines, the overhead pipes are leaking, money changers have quarter’s, etc…

I tried coming here multiple times and every time the soap never comes out of the sprayer and most of the sprayers are broken. I don’t understand how there's never any soap at a car wash?

Don't waste your money. I have visited here many years but the last few times my machine didn't have any soap. Nothing you could do because there is never anyone around

DO NOT GO HERE! None of the machines work even the ones with the debit option. Just wasted $7 dollars on two separate washing stations and one dryer.

I prefer washing my car myself and places like these are hard to find but this was a waste of time and money. I couldn't find an attendant or I would've asked for my money back. I was excited because the foaming brush seemed to work well, but when I grabbed the hose to wash that off it the pressure wasn't enough to get the bright pink soap off the car. It took almost 15 minutes to wash off and also didn't have a different soap or rinse setting. I had to go somewhere else and have it washed not a great experience.

I don’t recommend anyone to go this place because last week I went there to wash my car and I put my credit card in the machine Initially charged me $10 with it says pending in my account till approval.After 3 days Approval they charged me $25 for just five minutes with no full service !!
I already reported to my bank as fraud to back my money . Please don’t waste your money and time for nothing to get full service !!

Wish there was a “zero” stars option! Nothing but water comes out no matter what the setting. I thought I may have had a defective stall but sure enough, 6 months later, still nothing but water. Tried to call the number by the change machine but the message said “mailbox full” just like it did 6 months ago. Don’t waste your money here!!!

Soap did not dispense from the spray gun. No one was available onsite to help and the phone number posted onsite does not work to contact the car wash operator. This poorly run car wash needs improvements!
