Want to leave my first review ever since I received such poor customer service.My agent Cherie Adams reacted defensive when my car wheel cracked on the road, for a whole day all I hear is NO. No way I will get any reimbursement, no way my wheel cracking on the road will be covered, no way I can file any claim except roadside assistance.I called the Erie insurance hotline, received a completely different answer. I don’t understand how a “professional” agent can just bully and lie to their customer who just went thru a car accident.
