Place is never open past midnight… I’ve rung the bell multiple times after midnight since moving to this area and nobody opens the door. I’ve waited for 20minutes+ and nobody comes to open the door. I asked them once during the day and they said they are usually closed to clean and reset machines etc.. didn’t make much sense to me. Please remove the open 24hrs timing. Or have competent employees

giving a 7-11 a one star review almost seems like punching down but for a store that's one and only selling point is "open 24 hours" it's closed 80% of the time I try to shop here past 11pm. pretty much the ONLY thing this place has going for it is that it's close to my house. if it wasn't for that this place would be completely and totally useless in my eyes. the bar is so low, I would've gave 5 stars if it was simply open when advertised but alas, I guess even that's too much to ask

Rude workers and a messy store. Shelves stocked with expired food from 2022. Had a moldy muffin and other treats that expire in just a few days.

Be careful using the ATM at this location. Someone was putting card reader’s in the ATM. I informed staff and they act like they’re the one’s who did it.

This store claim to be 24 hours, they have a bell you have to wring after a certain hour to be let in. Over night employees ignore you and don't let you in. The employees walk back and forth watching you, but don't let you in. If you aren't 24 hours, don't list yourself as 24 hours.Your daytime employees are wonderful. God forbid you should need something overnight.
