The owner's behavior is unacceptable, he doesn't have a nice attitude, he looks very bad to employees, he lets them sleep inside and he doesn't wash the drinks glasses, he picks them up from the trash and puts them back in their place for other people to drinkI have other proofs

Went there at midnight, already were closed. I thought all 7-11 stores were open 24 hours?Closed tonight too. They’re just not open at night so why not post the hours as such?

Always closed after 11pm. They have a sign that says closed even though it’s stated they are 24/7. Very disappointing.

The only reason i don't give this store one star is the employees during the daytime are great, however if you need something at 330 am don't even bother going to the store as the worker on wedsday morning at 330 am has a sign on the door saying 711 is closed with no information when its going to be open again , i looked in to see he's on his cell phone texting , so i call 711 and he says were closed now i ask when they will be open he repeats again were closed now , had to ask same question twice then he says 430 am a full hour away from when i arrived making my 4 block walk pointless , their is absolutely no reason this guy at night should keep his job i give this location a lot of biz maybe ill just change locations . if your going to play hookie at work don't claim to be open 24 hours when you're clearly not . I would of given this store 5 stars is i bassed it on their daytime crew who is very friendly even looking out for discounts on the stuff i buy

The young man and a bit older gentleman that work here are incredible. The store is always nice and clean. It’s not these two hard working guys’ fault but the bums that hang out in front of this place, especially the white kid with the mustache need to go but the only people who could fix that are the police run by the city council, who’ve let downtown Evanston turn into a cesspool of vagrants and retail vacancies. I’m consistently harassed, mocked, and threatened by these drunks every time I’m near the store.

New staff is cool & professional, Better than the old staff. If they would just get rid of the bums that's always hanging out in front of the store everything would be just fine.
