I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate 507 Cleaners. I ordered a wedding dress overseas, very last minute, with no expectation to have it tailored in time. I settled to wear a wedding dress that was a little bit big around the bust and too long for my short body, and I took a chance and asked the owners if they tailor wedding dresses. They said yes. I asked if they could turn it around in a week. They also said yes. I picked up my dress, and it was perfect! They literally saved my wedding day. I also get my dry cleaning done regularly here, and I'm always very happy with the results.

They ruined a $55.00 garment by lazy, slacker, cut corner costume technique. I've never seen nor received such shabby tailoring in my life.Service: Alterations

DO NOT DRY CLEAN YOUR SNAPBACKS HERE Otherwise go for it, maybe? I've only came here once to dry wash 3 of my snap backs. They were in perfect condition when I brought them in, but they destroyed one when I picked them up. The owner seems nice and answers the phone when you call. He seems like a nice and friendly person. If you want to clean anything else other than snap backs, maybe consider reading other reviews and then decide but do NOT bring your snap backs here to be dry washed. Essentially lost a snapback and costed $15 (almost another snapback) to dry wash 3 of them ($5.50 each).

I have dry cleaned my work clothes here. Fantastic job by a very courteous owner. I can't imagine anyone who can say anything bad about this place. If the world is filled with honest, professional, and dutiful people like the owner of this dry cleaner, we'd achieve an utopia. Thank you for your amazing services.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was my second chance for them. My first experience wasn't great because they didn't get my jacket ready by the time the said the would, so I had to make a second trip. No attempt to compensate for my inconvenience, just a half hearted apology. I just thought, "It's probably just a fluke, right? The place is filled with clothes." Wrong. I had them sew two patches on my vest, and asked for an estimate. The gentleman there said, "I don't know how much yet." -that should have been a red flag When I returned to pick it up, he charged me $25 for a job that should have been half that. I asked him why it was so much, and he tried to explain that it was a very complicated job. It wasn't. I explained that this was my second chance with them and reminded him of my previous experience, and he just shrugged it off. -Overpriced -Terrible customer service

Every time I see them they greet me with a smile. The service is exceptional. They do amazing work with dry-cleaning and alterations. Highly recommend.

This place is great for laundry. Washed all of my clothes and folded then for cheaper than me actually going to a laundromat to do them myself.

This place chose to argue about a problem with my order instead of taking responsibility and my shirts and pants smell of chemicals so much it makes my eyes itch. I’ll avoid this place at all costs. There are better and cheaper dry cleaners.

Worst seamstress in the Midwest. I had pants hemmed here that fell apart the very first time I wore them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back to have them hemmed again(2nd time). As I write this review I’m in a meeting at work where the stitching is, once again, falling apart. Just Terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars. When I went in the first time they ripped, the manager condescended that he’d “be willing” to fix his own spotty work free of charge. Will be getting a full refund after work today.

Im so sory for one * thay don't deserv review at all They dont wash your shirts at all ,only ironing omg dicusting custimer service .
And thay can also call you and ask for aditional charge.Old Korean lady is danger person .
