“I needed to be towed due to my vehicle totally quit at a stop light. I called the police who came to my assistance. They told me I needed to be towed. They offered to call a towing company. Illinois Central came. Josh was very helpful, checked to see if the problem could be fixed right there; it could not. He showed me where the mice had caused the problem. He took my vehicle to the dealership I always use. He suggested I look into my insurance policy to see if road-side assistance and towing was covered. I paid him what he quoted (I suggest people carry a blank check or two with them) and he left thanking me, giving me his business card, and wishing me luck for a better day.
