My mother is a resident at the Loft in Eureka,Il.
We truly couldn't be more pleased with the service and overall care!! The facility is beautiful , clean, and the food is good! I have met most of the staff and every one of the staff truly are a blessing!! They have a hard job, and lots of times doing work for 2 persons jobs and they do it with such grace!! I feel they are so great, and they honestly deserve bonuses! Most importantly my Mom is Happy there!
To the staff, our family is so very appreciative for you!! Thank you!!

Needs better phone services for residents. No room phones and cell service is horrible. I'm a truck driver and can't communicate with my 94 year old grandfather.Update, they called and everything is perfect!

We have had a loved one at The Loft in Eureka since August 2023. My wife & I go see her every day. And every day she tells us how nice all of the CNA’s & Nurses are. She says everyone that takes care of her is so good to her. She tells us all about the awesome girls that help her to do everything.I know every employee at The Loft treats my wife & me like we are family. From Maintenance to Management I am happy with everyone. I am so glad we looked around and decided on The Loft for my sister. She deserves the best….

My Dad was at The Loft from May 2022 to March 2023. I didn’t want to put my Dad in any nursing home. I feel they always get a bad reputation. However, from the moment I toured The Loft to when we moved out after my Dad passed, we were always treated with kindness. My Dad was able to have his own room even though he was on Medicaid. The room was everything he needed. It wasn’t perfect but we made it look like home for him. The staff treated him with dignity, respect, and was very kind. A couple weeks after he moved in I was informed by the staff that Honor Flight was looking for Veterans to go on their next flight (only two weeks away). My Dad qualified because he was on hospice. They held a bakery fundraiser for him. Then they came in super early in the morning to give him a proper send off. It was the sweetest most wonderful experience I had with my Dad all thanks to The Loft. The staff always responded promptly to my emails that contained plenty of questions and concerns. Any concerns that I had were always addressed. If you want your family member to have a good experience anywhere, you have to stay on top of their care and be involved as much as you can. I would highly recommend The Loft to anyone and I tell others often of our wonderful experience. Thank you for providing him with the best possible care.

I didn't even want to put a one star, my loved one was not cared for, left in a diaper and not changed that left horrific blisters raw skin. Not checked on as they should every 2 hours , short of help badly. Left them lay without showers or knowing if they ate. Do not put your loved one here if you care about them. I'm finding a lawyer to sue . People don't deserve this treatment. And shame on the Loft, and people that work there.

All of the staff are amazing and keep the residents very happy. The building smells and looks beautiful when you first walk in the door.

The Loft is a great facility. All the employees (housekeeping, therapy, nursing, etc.) are all very kind and affectionate to the residents. All the residents are treated like family.

Everybody at The Loft has been so friendly and helpful with the care of our father. After 4 months I have yet to see one team member at the facility be anything but courteous, friendly, helpful, and caring. Thank you all so much!!

Such a nice place! So homey! The Loft has wonderful staff, management, and therapy services. Staff go above and beyond to meet their resident needs. They are kind and welcoming.
