Everyone dislikes unexpected car repairs especially if the car doesnt move when you want it. I called for a tow and they were very prompt and professional about it. I offered them the work but they were booked 2 weeks out. They were honest and they recommended where to take it and i was back on the road with the repair I needed.. Same day. Thanks Sancken!

I picked up my car today for my first time using Sancken and I have to say I will definitely be back!I had always taken my vehicles to the same guy for many years but he retired so I have tried a couple other local places in the past couple years but neither of them compared to the great service I received here!! The people I talked to on the phone prior to taking my car and were extremely friendly and helpful. Before any work was done, I received a phone call to go over options etc. The info I received was honest and explained everything very well. The gal at the desk was the nicest when I stopped in to pay. Friendliness, kindness, and honesty go a long way and they seem to have it all! Thanks again!
