Outstanding customer service. They do exactly as you ask on your cuts and most importantly, you get all your meat. Oh and they offer a cash discount!! Only locker around that I would recommend around here. If you prefer to be lied to and robbed then this isn't the locker for you.....

There was an issue at first, but once the owner found out about it, she went above and beyond to make it right. She was very nice and made it right. We got a side of beef and processed there. Ground beef comes in tubes, the rest of the cuts come in butcher paper with cellophane to prevent freezer burn. Thank you, Lori for reaching out and making things right!

Took in my deer to have processed they called said it was ready to pick up when I got there they had lost it took about half an hour to find it .Took in 37 lbs of deer meat 2 wks later for summer sausage text me it was ready they lost it too had to make 2 trips then they shorted me about 1/3 the sausage and charged for full amount half was frozen and half was thawed I have no idea whose sausage I got I definitely wouldn’t recommend this processer

Took in a steer at request of customer, after about 5 weeks I was getting calls from them about the beef,(they had not received it ) finally after receiving the beef they complained about the amount and quality , they showed me the cuts, they were not my beef (former Uof I bucher)

GREAT experience at Eureka Locker! Erica was incredibly helpful with our processing order and answered all of our questions. Colton was great to work with upon our pickup and took the time to talk to us regarding other meat processing. Wonderful people to work with!

Took in two bucks had them ground up they did ok not many bones in my burger. The chops were not cut by a butcher it seems. Membrane still attached. What tops it off though I wait for a call for my summer sausages to make the hr ride no vehicle u see. They wanted me to pick up steaks and burger. I go get it then I get a call when I'm home that summer sausage is done. Playing games lol hilarious I won't be back

I'm really upset at the customer service I received. I had 2 gift certificates that were printed on pieces of paper that I accidentally threw away because they were just printed on pieces of printer paper - an honest mistake. I called Bittners to get a replacement and they told me they couldn't do that because they would be losing money by doing so. I didn't understand that logic because it would simply be reprinting some gift certificates on literal printer paper and there wasn't an actual card that had money processed on it. It was an honest mistake and the lady who answered the phone (per the boss's orders) didn't necessarily say they didn't trust me, but that was the sentiment. I'm unfortunately in a situation where the gift certificates were for a silent auction for the 4-H Federation and now I will have to purchase $100 worth of gift certificates from my own money to replace them to give to those who won them. I understand that small businesses are hurting and maybe Bittners has been burned before from other people making false claims, but I feel that this was not good customer service in the face of an honest mistake.
