You shouldn't be closing the register 15 minutes before closing just because you want to leave that's not how it works especially not when you've been cash only for a week hire better people 4/12/24 that's the date find someone else to work your registers cuz this lady lost you money

Lady at the register was a joy. Somebody needs to check that little old lady in the glasses cooking in the back who worked today 5/7/23 around 2:30. Tell her her job is to cook food for ppl to eat not to sit in the warmer all day. Grabbed 2 things from the warmer and she’s back there cussing me under her breath and slamming stuff very unprofessionally and childish. And it’s not the first time I’ve seen her behave that way.

When I ordered the pizza and wings I saw that it was a long wait. 82 minutes actually. Didn’t want to wait that long but my daughter had surgery today, needless to say it was a long day for everyone. Just wanted a simple, quick dinner! My husband goes to pick up the pizza, It’s now been more like 90 minutes since the order was placed. There are 2 new cooks in the kitchen and they haven’t even started the order. They couldn’t even say how much longer it would be. Almost 2 hours after placing my order we got at least 1 of the items we ordered. 8 overdone wings. And for the cashier to rude to my husband is absolutely pathetic!

Today I ordered a small Supreme and some bread sticks. Thelma was working and it was some quick and on time. The pizza was one of the best I've ever had from there and we were very happy with our order. Great job Thelma

Went in today to get a 12 in sub and the cook told the cashier no she wouldn't make me a sub. I won't be going back to Casey's in Erie ever again. Not impressed at all with customer service

Why is this Erie location so bad? Hour wait for pizza? Ok. Go to pick up pizza... they weren't even started. NEVER have we gotten our pizza order right. Sausage and mushroom pizza... forgot the mushrooms. Taco pizza NEVER the same. Last night no tomatoes or cheddar cheese. We have gotten it with no chips. Etc. We vowed NEVER to get pizza from this store again but my son was in town and really wanted it. Casey's in Erie another FAIL!

A couple of weeks ago I took advantage of the 7.99 single topping pizza deal.It was just OK for 7.99, but I would have been unhappy if I had paid full price. I don’t think they make them the same in promo deals. Very little cheese and the crust wasn’t even slightly brown.Now, I am afraid to buy one at regular price to verify! Great promotion Casey’s!

Always friendly staff, which makes a lot of difference in a review that I make. The only qualm I have is very often there is not much food selection to grab and go from the freshly cooked section. It is a small town Casey's, and I'm sure that this is because there are only certain days/times where said food is in demand.
