“My husband and I came from Brenham Tx to Mt Vernon Illinois for a quick visit. We had an issue with our new Honda accord once we arrived, not being familiar with any Honda dealers around the area we had our car taken to Ike Honda in Marion Illinois.
That was a great decision, we have been dealing with Rusty in the service department. He is absolutely Amazing, he has kept an open line of communication & step by step he informs us of what is going on with our car and updates an estimated timeline. We do not have to sit wait and wonder when we are going to hear something. He has assured us we will be back on the road as quickly as possible while ensuring that our safety comes first. He is very personable so this is not just a one time business contract. He actually cares that we make it back home safely. He has earned our trust and that brings about confidence....we are in good hands.

If and when you find yourself needing tires replaced or a bead repair then get on in here and get you a blast of the BAZOOKA AIR at T&T TIRES . I couldn’t find a shop around that had the time to get my mower rolling again on a whim I stopped in and Teddy the Owner shot some Bazooka Air in each rim and I was gone with the wind. The man was pleasant and friendly and didn’t charge me a penny . So get on in to T&T for any tire you need. Hurst Bush Illinois”

I had to rent a vehicle from Carbondale Enterprise during the work and Enterprise was seriously under staffed and had only one employee working so they couldn’t pick me up so the owner at Absolute gave me a ride to Enterprise. “Close to my home, been there twice with a couple of 500 dollar fixes and hope to decrease the price if I continue with them. Cheap prices for broken parts way high charge for services. Also help wanted sign always up, I 'd like to have someone familiar with my car.”
“Whoever worked on my vehicle turned off my headlights. Imagine my dismay when I was traveling at night and fumbling in the dark trying to figure out how to turn them back on. It's dangerous, and they should be more mindful, particularly when it's a new vehicle.”
“Had a 3am family emergency. Son was being lifelined to neuro trama center for a brain bleed. While enroute to hospital, 3hrs away due to travel nursing, stopped to refeul and truck died. These awesome young men towed my truck back to their station where, after reassuring and thoughtful conversations, these kind-hearted souls offered to let me sleep in their office as they diligently worked to get me back on the road to my son. Thank you for your compassion and willingness to go out of your way for someone going through one of the most difficult situations a parent could experience. MORE than fair charges as well! Over and above adequate customer care!!!!

“I was stranded, my wheelchair accessible van would not start, I called Nalley's Garage and it minutes they were there and got my van started, I followed them to their Garage and tested my electrical system and found my battery was defective and had a new battery in the shop and had me back in service in a very short time. Very professional service. I might note I am confined to a wheelchair, there service and conduct was outstanding! Thank you !”

“Easy to schedule an appointment to have warning light checked on the car. The car was taken in shortly after I arrived for service. The problem was found and corrected with in 45 minutes of the car being taken in. One of the people from the service department told me in detail what the problem was and what was done to correct it. Completely pleased with the efficiency of the people at Watermark.”
