Friendly and awesome people work there, from the guard shack to the office, who are usually super cool and joke with drivers. The process involves checking in, getting an assigned door, and checking out with bills at the guard shack. Loading times are precise, exactly two hours. However, there can be a long line to get in, requiring a wait of 30+ minutes, and they can be a little slow in the check-in and unloading process. Sometimes logistics are disorganized, with trailers dropped in wrong spots or empty trailers not available, requiring drivers to double-check doors themselves. The yard can be a little tight for backing in certain rows. Despite occasional delays, the facility is generally really well run.
