Cardinal Health DC had a pickup appointment @ 14:00 arrived @ 12:30 was in door by 12:50 didn't get to leave til 18:00...it was a live load was started the told me they went to a meeting switched shifts then a new guy was put on loading trailer he said he forgot it was a live load and thought he had all night to load.
