My contractor rented a dumpster from Buba Dump. After the job was finished he called to have it removed. That was a week ago. I called them also and got the same song and dance routine. About how busy they were and will either get it on Saturday or the following Monday. It’s Wednesday and still not picked up. So I called again and they said we’re doing our best and we’ll get it as soon as we can. I said that’s not good enough, maybe I should call a towing company. She said now don’t get mad let me check with dispatch. Sir she said we will pick it up this afternoon. If it’s not picked up I will call BBB. I just can’t understand why it takes a week for it to be picked up?

They picked up the dumpster too soon! I told them I would need a dumpster at least until the 31st. Well I called on that day to say I was going to need it for a little longer and the lady assured me that they don’t do prearranged pickup. So I would’ve had to call onthe day I was finished using it, 4 them 2 pick it up. Well they picked the dumpster up anyways. That was on Monday it’s now Friday, still waiting to speak with supervisor because they won’t bring it back out unless I rent it out again for $375. I have to be moved out of my house in 3 days and have ALOT of downsizing to do. This place screwed me over big time. Now I’m going to have to pay another $375 over to some other dumpster company. If by some chance this gets resolved by tomorrow I’ll change my review.

My contractor hired this company and we were promised that the dumpster would be delivered first thing Monday morning. So in anticipation I took the day off of work. At 2 pm I called them and I was assured that the dumpster would be delivered by 3 pm. 3:30 pm still no dumpster so I called again. I was then told that the drivers just couldn't get to it today and that it would be delivered first thing on Tuesday. So, they broke the agreement and neglected to inform my contractor. Then Thursday they said that they would pick up the full dumpster and free up my driveway. Guess who lied again? The dumpster is still sitting in my driveway at the close of business Thursday. As of right now I am out a days pay from my job as a train engineer and my contractor is behind schedule going on day number 3 due to this company's incompetence and lack of communication. Save your money and sanity and just go with your local waste management. Very disappointed.

We ordered a large dumpster when we were cleaning out an old family house and garage. (we ended up needing 4 dumpsters by the time we were finished). They were professional, quick to respond, and deposited all of our dumpsters where we asked without damage to our lawn or driveway. I hope we don't have to clean like that again, but if we do, we will definitely use Bubba Dump.

These folks were top-notch. The woman on the phone was super nice, professional, and helpful each time I called. The price was very competitive, and they were very quick to deliver and pick up. No hidden charges or other BS. Will definitely use again if needed. We used for a house clean out (household garbage/junk and some building materials).Service: House & garage cleanouts

They are a great company to use. We have rented dumpsters for our home cleanup 3 times in the last year and have always been treated well with respect. Their rates are fair. The guys that drop off and pick up are really nice. I would recommend them.

Extremely late on arriving to pick the dumpster up. (Even after calling 4-5 times) Blamed it on “We are very busy” then proceeded to charge an additional because it was overweight. Friendly costumer service but not very helpful.

Great people! The lady that answers the phone and sets it all up is very nice and friendly. The driver I met with was great. Did whatever he could to drop the container where it worked for me. They were always on time and I had 0 issues. I ordered 2 containers on 2 different days and they worked with me to meet my availability needs. Going forward this company will be my go to place when I am in need of a container.Thank you!

DO NOT HIRE!!! Driver used my driveway to deliver dumpster to back of neighbors house without my permission. My wife came home and caught him but only after my concrete drive was ruined.... Use them at your own RISK!!!
