Wait on the phone for more than 30 min for them to answer and put you on hold again and then hang up

I had one question to ask and I've been on hold for over 20 mins and counting. They have a terrible customer service for people over the phone. They don't consider some of their customers can't come into the store and shouldn't be placed on hold until they give up or the phone hangs up on you! Shame

Truly awful experience. Days to get a prescription filled. Calling in is useless as they put you on hold until the phone call times out. Seriously, the WORST pharmacy service I have ever seen. At the drive thru window is a sign that says you have to come inside the store to pick up prescriptions...
