There was seriously a water bottle of yellowish liquid left in the door. I'll let you draw the conclusions. Absolutely disgusting. Called customer service and couldn't get through. Just want to forget about it now because it was so gross. Blechhhhhh!

Worst customer service I've ever had, for some reason this location does not receive calls. I rented a storage room and was given an occupied locker, I spent 3 hours trying to get ahold of someone that can help me to no avail. I ended up finding an empty locker and putting my furniture inside of it, I called customer service and for some reason nobody could understand or help me.

After exhausting all my resources trying to talk to a manager/supervisor including calling multiple times, going in person into the subject location (4100 w Fullerton) was never able to find a manager on site so i opted to leave my information with a brief description of my problem and instead of getting a response back to my request I get swamped by harassing calls demanding payment right, so I answered explaining the problem and I get promised that a manager will call me back but instead of a call I get text messages as shown above!!!!! Which shows the lock of customer service that this huge corporation has towards its customers….my story goes as follows: “ since last year i rented two different units at two different u-haul locations and since then, every time I’m in town from traveling I go to my storage unit and find myself being locked out of it supposedly for non-payment but then I pulled my bank records and see that they’ve been taking their sweet payments out of my checking account; so for 5 months I’ve been going to my storage unit without being able to access it ( I guess what happened was that I set up my account for automatic withdrawal and right from the first month I get hit with $20 dollars late fee for each unit so I go into the store and showed them I’m signed up for automatic withdrawals and they proceeded to explain to me that it takes 30 days for automatic payments to go into effect but not to worry bc I will get credit (to this date still waiting for credit back to my account and what’s worst yet is the fact that right after that, they put their own lock prohibiting entrance to my unit so every time since then I went to the location but couldn’t get to my storage unit til couple days ago so in a very polite way I requested to talk to someone about the reason why my storage unit was inaccessible and every time I called or went in person there’s never been a manager on site nor I have received a call from anyone except for the rude calls from the collection department demanding payment or else I will get fined with late fees (mind you that every time I tried to request back my original credit and every time I tried to explain the problem to them they ended the conversation with: “a manager will get back to you” ….. still waiting.Very heartless people representing this brand and the inconvenience that they created for multiple months, will never be sufficed. Will not recommend uhaul for your moving needs.

Had to move Dad's stuff out. No help once inside this maze. Front desk is only one person. You press for front desk button on walls f you have issues when around storage area , they never answer . Do you have to walk all the way to the office. This place is huge , barely any staff. Cleaning ladies helped answering my concerns when at facility. Very robotic. For a $80 per month for a small 5x10 you expect more people available around the facility. The worse is when you call their number the pre recorded message starts off like someone is actually answer a live call. Horrible

They made me do the online check in/self scan thing. I had to give them a ton of info, had to click through a ton of things I didn't want to buy, had to then do the extra step of checking in early, and they still cancelled my reservation overnight without warning or even a message. Seriously if I hadn't double checked before leaving my house, I would have gone there to not even be able to go inside to figure this out. Long story short the only reason these idiots are still in business is their monopoly.

Customer Service was extremely helpful especially Jackie. If you need help she is the person to talk to. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Their prices are decent and they had a huge selection of trailers when I was there.

Had to drop off a truck there. There was an issue with a small scratch. The manager (Mike) was very helpful w/ resolving the issue:) Thanx again to the young lady (kids shoes too small) for all the help. Very pleased w/ their customer service. Highly recommend this location. Oh yeah the truck was great too.
